The taser disarms you, puts you into the T-stance, slows you beyond ability to dodge (including slow jumps), and doesn't allow you to crouch. Now have 4+ CTs type !taser. Single shot or not, it's a ridiculous advantage to the CTs. The T gets a lot of health. Big woop. It's not like he has super steroids speed too like Last CT gets or automatically receives a gun. All the T gets is health. That's it. If it's such a big problem, just remove the extra health given (if you can) from the rebelling option.

When was the last time you cracked er' open and cleaned it? Judging by the sound you described, could have an awful accumulation of debris or some shit inside. I'd suggest taking some time to clean the internals (compressed air works well). Aside from that, if you don't have access to a Windows boot-up disc, just do what Matsi suggested. Burn a copy onto a disc (torrent that shit nigguh) and re-install Windows. Can you run it in Safe Mode? Or does it just refuse to boot up at any point. (may have already said, but I want to make sure)

I have to agree with Gkoo on this one. There is a fine line between being a Moderator and being an Administrator, it's not meant to be some fashionable title/rank. A Moderator is merely a "trainee" that is learning the ropes before being promoted to a position that requires further knowledge on certain things. An Administrator is practically the "best of the best" in terms of Staff (Not including Higher-Up status). They are to be well conditioned, have a thorough/extensive knowledge of the MoTD Rules, and are expected to handle situations in a proper manner that follows our rules/regulations. To sum it up, Administrators are supposed to be "near perfection" but not quite. You wouldn't give the "new guy" access to top-secret or high-priority tasks would you? This is in no way something to make Moderators feel lowly. This is to protect both XenoGamers' integrity as well as it's ability to keep Staff under watch. Remember that we do have an option for Paid Moderators. Some people just want to see the world burn, and can pay a low price just to do so. Imagine someone getting powers for the sole purpose of trashing xG by permanently server banning players when no one's looking. Inactivity =/= expulsion as an xG Member, just saying. During the time that Leotekk has been on, he has demonstrated proper behaviour as well as respect for other players as well as knowing our MoTD Rules (to a certain extent that is required). Never raised any problems in the past as an xG Member (from what I've seen) and keeps a calm and collected attitude when dealing with criticism or disrespect. Maturity is where it should be. There is probably a way to have this done, but I doubt it would happen. If CTs are breaking rules, notify a Staff Member and they'll most likely be dealt with. Implementing this sort of function may stifle the amount of new players we get doe, just sayin'.

What I have gathered is the following: The player in question was banned by African under the alias of "[xG] Nicki Minaj" (Sourced here) Searching this name up on rank.xenogamers.com yields three entries, neither of which fit your Steam ID (Sourced here) The first Steam ID (going down on the list) is "King" (everyone knows this guy). The last time he used any form of name with "nicki" in it was July 12, 2012 (Sourced here [ctrl+f]) The second Steam ID (going down the list) is "Ben Dover" (also well known). The last time he used any form of name with "nicki" in it was July 8, 2012 (Sourced here [ctrl+f]) The third Steam ID (going down the list) is "Nicki Minaj" who does not have a list of known aliases, but was last seen on April 29, 2013. (Sourced here) Given that information, it is not likely that there may have been a mix up in terms of names and the wrong player may have been banned. I will remain at a -1 judging by this information. There are facts here that don't support your claim at all as none of the players above were last seen on July 25 and none of them could have possibly been there during the ban. The first two were last seen in 2012, so that's a no-brainer. The third was seen in April, which is 3 months before the date of your ban, so that player couldn't have done it either.
