    I live 15 mins from sanford/where this happened.

     

    Same thing with the Casey Anthony case, the Florida State Prosecution "overcharged" GZimm. Look up the definition of 2nd Degree Murder and Manslaughter charges as presented by the State in a Law Dictionary.

     

    Involuntary Manslaughter or a charge likewise would have most likely put GZ behind bars for a few years.

     

    Regardless someone died and this media hype did not help.

    Looking at the evidence presented I have yet to see any disrespect, especially deserving a one week server ban.

    Pulling this from a CSGO thread where xG MagicalPurple was talking about what is and what is not disrespect.

     

    What is considered disrespect:

    • If a player makes serious threats relating to the opposing users life, internet, or status in Xeno Gamers.
    • Ignoring higher-uppers in Xeno Gamers when it relates to the rules that correspond to the server that user is on.

    What is not considered disrespect

    • The frustrated occasional cuss words. Everyone gets annoyed when playing video games.
    • Arguing over map choice.
    • Attempting to state your opinion in a non-malicious way. Swearing is not malicious in anyway.

    The chat history show businessman calling people "plebians and bitches" while spamming LennyFace.

    The chat history does not show serious threats or ignoring ranked staff with respect to rules.

     

    We have !gag to prevent chat spam, !mute to prevent mic spam, !silence to prevent both.

    Warn, !gag , then !kick, if they return after and continue it's a 6hr !ban.

     

    Businessman shouldn't be able to get off more than 3 LennyFaces continuously without a !gag by staff.

    If the !gag is not lifted, he's silent unless a reconnect which staff can kick for avoiding the mute.

    Disrespect

    - 1st occurrence: Warn

    - 2nd occurrence: gag/mute

    - 3rd occurrence: kick

    - 4th occurrence: 6 hour server ban (360 min)

    Chat spamming will only result in a gag. If they continue after the round changes, that is a kick. If they still continue, it is a day ban. Anything above or below is breaking the rules.

     

    So this ban, for chat spam, questionable disrespect, and trolling(which is undefined) is for one week.

    Where did the 1week length come from? I understand he rejoined after his 1hour ban, yet the next step would be 6hr or a day.

    Regardless, if the player is !gag'ged by a staff member the chat spam would not continue.

    If anything @@ABusinessMan should post a Ban Protest on the week ban.

     

    With respect to the teamspeak "trolling", blacklist, kick, ban etc. is available.

    Stepping Down to xG member due to perceived extended inactivity starting Monday (6/24) until

    July 22. More or less going on summer vacation.

     

    I live in Central Florida,. go to UCF, etc etc and ideally I'll be driving to Franklin Tennessee to visit one of my friends who is an architect for a week or so, then traveling to Kentucky to see my parents whom live there.

     

    I gotsa do these thangs, I have one semester left of aero engineering BS and I know for a fact I won't be able to travel after this Christmas time so freely.

     

    as per CSGO and their staff, I don't have a replacement in mind, seeing that at this point toob and enforcer are the two admins. Penguin's a good guy and active, but DM material i'd have to leave that to Bleed/Chrono/Cookiesars to decide. I like toob, he is a mature gamer but ask him to be more active if you decide to promo him < 3 regardless

     

    I should have really slow internet around july1st when I'm in KY, I think they have satellite internet like at 250kb/s DL.

    not freekilling and hiding behind a suicide to prevent a ban etc

    Reason? Trin's ONE week ban for 5+ mass freekill ban .... who issued that and who issued this ? Question those staff members

    Played CSS with King before he joined xG, was a great Mod and left to start his own thing which yall should respect.

     

    King, I buttoned Massed 8 people for a 2 week CT ban, I hope they ban you the same way...Perm is ridiculous for a button accident

     

    But who's got a BIG E PEEN as Chrono would say.

     

    Never massed freekilled and left...
