I'm actually not surprised to see this thread as for someone to spam nigger over a hundred times on jailbreak would probably continue on. What hex did before was extremely immature but to add onto that he tried to make someone else look bad just to blow some pressure off himself. Now, if I was @@Rhododendron I wouldn't really care what a 14 year old kid says over the internet. Now, would he want someone in the clan who acts like an idiotic child? That's entirely up to him as the guidelines specifically has regulations to this (pls don't hurt me).
 
Onto Alice now, as I went through just a few pages of his chat logs I noticed him harassing few of the younger players of jailbreak. I pretty much stopped there as I already knew he can't control himself from harassing others because he's most likely socially awkward and doesn't really know how to treat people correctly. To add on Alice usually swears and disrespects people frequently on jailbreak. For example if I do something that displeases him he will call me a major faggot.

Ty Diab for being an awesome admin and pulling chat logs. I agree 100% with the disrespect on Alice's part, He is almost always pushing the line of Disrespecting staff and its getting very annoying.

For one, there are rules in place to prevent your first situation. Two, you go from baiting a free kill to a "possible" situation that rarely happens as doors reduce damage and will probably just cause a T to QQ on mic. Though, if that T is freekilled, you handle it just like any other free kill. If a staff member saw that unarmed T die and depending on where it is, that CT who killed him would obviously be punished.
 
This thread isn't really necessary, you're trying to get more rules added to the motd which will probably spark arguments in game over the regulations.

@@Forest there are seemingly large amounts of different treatments for different people, I am posting here because someone brought up hella, John gave hella permission to use money giving to everyone, if they voted for it. they did, hella did it, he has an abuse report, closed later under "confusion". nothing happened.
There was 1 complaint noted from the people on at the time of hella's "abuse"
 
in this case, the server here agreed to the ban @all via vote as well, he did it. the server agreed. there was (by my understanding) 1 complaint about it, and he was demoted for it.
 
in essence these are the same situation, infact i'd go so far as to say Aaron's situation is much less "server damaging" than john/hella's because Aaron's truly only gives effect to 1 round, where as theirs gives effect to multiple (30k cash can be a bomb per round until map change).
 
IMO Aaron should receive his ORIGINAL admin powers back or John should be demoted (to member like Aaron), based on this conclusion. I say @@John because hella only acted on what John gave him permission to do, he was sort of the middle man. [it would basically be like john doing !cash @all without asking his higher ups, as aaron did ban @all without asking his.] {note this is what should have happened imo prior to john's resignation, as he is a poopy butt and i hate him now.}
 
TL;DR your guys' logic in hella's thread suggests that Aaron should have retained his admin in the first place, otherwise you should find some sort of punishment for John.

Logitech makes a bunch of headsets that are pretty cheap (there are tons within your price range). They tend to last for about 6-8 months before they crap out, but overall they're pretty decent quality. There are lots of different designs/models as well.
Here are some that are supposedly higher quality/made for gaming (mostly over the $60 budget, but I believe there's one or two that are around $60)

In my opinion, making a serious subsection anonymous would just encourage people to troll even more. Let's just temporarily create a public debate subforum for 1-2 weeks, and see how it goes. If people are being trolls to the point of ruining the subforum then we just close it down. To be honest I don't really see why people are so afraid to post more serious topics in General, if people troll or argue excessively then forum ban them for said trolling/instigating.

+1. It's getting seriously out of hand as of recently. I've had to gag him several times today for spamming nigger. Despite me gagging/kicking him several times he isn't seeming to get the message to stop. xG members shouldn't be acting like this and we need to put a stop to it. A 1-3 day ban would be appropriate in my opinion. It isn't just today, I've gagged him plenty of times in the past for spam.
