Sinly was permanently banned at first. The only reason sinly's ban was shortened to 2 months was because Poncher said it was ok. It was a rare exception, and nothing more.
Oh yeah and -1. After your little fit from getting banned on TeamSpeak or whatever happened, you were given an incredibly generous gift of being let back into xG without having to re-apply, and getting to keep your moderator status on CS:S. Smiting @all clearly showed that you didn't deserve this second chance, and that you should stay banned. Maybe a few months down the road you can resubmit this ban protest and I'll definitely changing this vouch.

It's completely up to you Pinoy, if you feel you haven't been fulfilling your position then it's perfectly understandable if you want to step down. Being a DM does require a lot from us, and some just aren't up to the task of dealing with it all. You're a strong independent black woman, you don't need no community to decide whether or not you should keep your position :cool:

-1. While you are active you don't seem to know the rules very well from what I've seen. Not really xG member quality yet, maybe after a while you might be, but not yet. You also aren't active on Teamspeak, which doesn't really help your case.
A: 8/10 (fairly active, not on every day but some days of the week)
M: 6/10 (not very mature, doesn't seem to know motd)

I think the "THIS IS NOT CAMPING" photo is and should be considered camping.
Reasoning:
1. He has an awp and is at a level angle so he can kill many t's before they enter the vent. Especially with multiple people.
2. The t's cannot knife him from that distance
3. On teamspeak you said "Take the rule for camping and apply it to vents." He's not moving more than 10 feet in 10 seconds and he's staring at the vent scoped in.
4. He's still camping a vent, the teleporter behind him.

The way you worded that alone is enough to give you this rating.

-1. While I normally don't -1 for never seeing someone before, it's clear you barely have any time on the servers. Upon looking up your Steam ID on rank.xenogamers.com, you have only about 2 hours of total time on our Jailbreak server, no where near enough time to be even considered letting you into xG. I'd be willing to bet that today or one of the last few days was the first time you've ever connected to one of our servers. Spend more time playing, and get to know the community before just diving right in, it's clear that you just want to get tags as quickly as possible, and that you're not dedicated to the community enough to want to be a part of it.

-1. Once again, we have given Peppermint faaaar too many choices. Every time we unban him, he goes and blows his chance again. People said that he had "changed" when he reapplied to xG a few months back, and after about a month he was back to being the disrespectful troll that he's always been. If you guys feel that he's "changed" go ahead and unban him, but I guarantee you that within a month or so, he'll be banned again, and will make yet another protest, and people will probably still +1 it saying he's "changed". It's time for Peppermint to own up for what he's done, and feel the consequence for everything he's done on the server. If Peppermint has a problem playing on our Jailbreak server because he can't go CT, then he should find another server to play on.

Ehhh, I really want to +1 you, but I feel like I can't. You're a good player, and you're active, but I still feel unsure on how well you know rules. And btw, you have 10 +1's, and 1 -1, so you only need one more vouch to into xG. 0 for now.

So when a couple of staff members are slapping each other because they were having a little fun, that is suddenly abusive, and our powers should be taken away from us because of that? If staff had been going around slapping every single person in the server, that would be "mass slapping" and there should be punishment for that. By your logic, staff who playfully/jokingly slay other staff should be demoted for abuse, yet for some reason we seem to be just fine with that. Once again, if staff are abusing the fun commands, just report them and have them demoted individually, instead of just demoting a staff member for using something like !burn @me or !slap @me 100 to kill themselves (or anything else along those lines)

I still feel that they should stay and be used accordingly. As most staff is mature enough to understand when it is allowed and not.

I really don't see any drama. All I saw was a change of Gmod leadership. There was no reason to leave over drama or a change of leadership because they didn't even give the new DL a chance. Most likely it was going to be one of the people that left.

+1. I wasn't there, but this kind of disrespect wouldn't normally be tolerated on the servers. Only reason he managed to escape a ban was because it appears there wasn't a staff member on, or he just wasn't paying attention to the disrespect.
