Feeling a bit sick and dizzy right now, so forgive me if i'm a little derpy... :Depressed: Anyway, not re-reading everything, as far as i know that .. "Console" said he killed only one person. (Only one/two minor rule(s) broken right now) It appears that he was already killed before being slayed (If he was going to be at all) and when i looked at his recent events, it shows that he didn't get any kill afterwards for a little while, so i can't tell. Death God didn't ban him either, which means that not much was seen, or almost nothing even happened. It would help a lot if solid proof was given. Also, after speaking with DG and reading his forum post, i'm rather confused on a few things. And as Forest said, if you would put everything together, it would seem if he was saying: DG: Did you freekill? SM: I did not. *Vinyl complaining about FK* SM: Were you frozen? SM: No you weren't. (Not sure if this is a part of it) DG: None of them were going to the right place, you can't kill one of them. ((Never heard anything about this, other than it's not allowed to just kill one T and leave the rest during LCT [Favoritism], but it is a dick move if nothing else)) Please don't take this sentence the wrong way, i meant it in a different way than you think, most likely. However, reading chat during/after that, it makes me think a few things. I will post later when more info is given during others' postings, and/or if more pops in my head to discuss.

The bans website for some reason didn't show this name (Happens when they banned you while you were offline,) but seeing the "Blocked" list almost completely makes me think it was you who was banned. I'm almost certain the "Chat Tag desired" part is what you want it to say. For example: "#1", "Best Baddie", "suchwow". The color is default Bright Green, and for some reason it can't be changed, so that was some confusion cleared up

He did go around shooting everything, which got him banned. He was punished for what he did, and probably deserved it. Seeing everything, he played CS for a year, did something wrong, so what makes us think he won't do it again? Being on CT isn't very recommended for an 11 year old until we can trust them with it, because they will likely screw up. A lot. Give him a few weeks of playing, or at least not complaining, and he may be un-banned in the future. We have no problem with him playing the server, Just give him time to become more trusted overall.

What Forest said, try not to spam the thread, be impatient, or anything that is not really needed. I'm stuck at a 50/50. I don't want to be constantly accused of favoritism (It's annoying,) Nor do i want to constantly un-ban those who mass freekilled. Seeing the reason, i'd say you probably did this intentionally, and i'm waiting for @Darkwolf's opinion on this. (I don't want to decide myself, for reasons) I'll say 0 for now. If i see you on commonly, being nice and all, then it will probably show you are a good person and should probably deserve (Or have a chance) to be un-banned (Unless it was actually an intentional) As for now, you should probably be patient. If this protest gets denied, you will probably have a better chance in the future. (If above is followed) If you want to talk/ask questions about this commonly (Like you are doing in the thread,) it's best to just talk to somebody through steam chat.

You would not randomly be banned (What you said sounds like it). After talking with nomulous, i think that age (Account) would be impossible (Too lazy to do research, ignore this line if i'm wrong.) I can't believe i forgot to mention that trails also distract me more now... Which is why you never see me using them, even for team only. if i DO use them, i usually set it to all for a short time. Hub + trails or no trails at all for me.

Fast quotes never work for me... Anyway: If i come back and see about 50 Ts enter armory, it's either a warday or a mass rebellion. Usually you'd automatically know what the day is just by spending the time to listen to CTs (Warden) talk, teamchat or mic while getting guns and leaving. Which is why i said that you NORMALLY wouldn't just ask.

I didn't donate before, but i would basically like to (Tried to a few times...) Trails are ghey anyway (I don't use them, people will always know where i am).. I agree that he should have slayed himself (Any commoner would do this, but he's a newbie), but i'm giving him the benefit of not every single person who joins recently ever fully reads and/or understands the MOTD. And thus almost 5% of people who join recently ever slay themselves for such reasons. As for the staff that should be slaying them. You can say they "Didn't see it", or instead wanted to attempt to kill the CT to make it a faster death (Either way, doesn't really matter.) The only way there's something wrong here (So far, what i can think about) is that if a staff member (In spec, or in armory while the CT was still afk) stared at them atleast 5 seconds past 7:30, either doing nothing or waiting for somebody to kill them. As far as i know, this guy played a while even AFTER he was ct banned, showing that he most likely wants to be active, have fun, and means no harm. Most likely, out of confusion is the best bet.

As soon as you come back, normally you wouldn't just stand there and ask "What's today"? Instead normally you'd just get back, get a gun, and leave armory, shooting any Ts that were in already (Probably would've gotten slayed anyway) Division Managers and up have access to edit bans, shortening or extending, to just fully removing or adding. If this protest is accepted, either @Darkwolf6052 or I will shorten the ban or unban you.

If you were AFK then it was probably unintentional confused killing. Any new player would not think you'd have to leave armory at a certain time, as well as any new player would ALSO shoot Ts on sight in armory, which is a very common thing to kill for. @@Sep0h for more information. :/... #Moved ? If this was completely unintentional, and you mean no harm (Usually anybody who is new, and actually makes an account to protest their ban after a mistaken mass is), then i'm up for a shortened ban +/+/-0
