@Barmithian @ForestThank you so much for the help and advice, i'll be honest with myself, i'm a filthy casual and have no place in ranked games. That being said, i only tried playing ranked to be able unlock those mastery chests for the chance to get the champion shards for blue essences because everyone i looked trying to figure out how to get chests, people said ranked matches so i went with what i could find.
+1 to @Barmithian and @Forest for being helpful and everything~.
In response to your answer @Barmithian, i kinda figured this was the case, but i was just caught off guard by the instant toxicity from my first ranked matches, and was concerned if this would end up being the norm or not, and figured if im gonna ask around, i may as well open a discussion on the forums for people to talk about/vent their concerns and make myself a little more useful in the xG community.
I didn't know that this was a thing, thank you so much~
no problem. im bored a lot so if you want to play league some time add me. my name is Barmithian

You can purchase Mystery Champion Shards from the ingame Store for IP and then break those down for Blue Essence. Figured it would save you some time and frustration. Pretty sure they're 1,500 IP each :coffee:yeah thats easier or you can just play normals. u dont have to play ranked.
to answer your question, yes. every game that has a very competitive ranked ladder comes with people who get very upset when they are losing. its just natural, it has nothing to do with the game specifically. people are like that in other games like overwatch and csgo. LoL just has a lot of people so you see it more often. you have to realize though that there are a ton of people who aren't crazily toxic as well. its a part of playing competitive team video games that you have to deal with teammates

I have never heard of someone who goes on tf2 to bhop. People who do that play Counter Strike. I highly doubt the server would have any stable population.

Mei is baehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krbhq4uO0oE
Anyways, I liked reaper and genji because they are both mobile assassins and I also liked hanzo because he is basically a huntsman guy in overwatch, just not incredibly underpowered like the bow is in tf2

Well to those people complaining that if we make a sniper limit that it will "ruin" the server, we used to have a sniper limit at one point in time and from what I saw there were more people playing WITH the limit. I say homing arrows ruins the point of actually being hale, which is why its usually the same people over and over playing hale, because they don't mind it. But what about the new players, eh? They join the server, get hale, and they have no clue what they are doing, and they die in about 2 seconds to homing arrows, possibly resulting in them leaving since it was absolutely no fun to them. I say make a 3 sniper limit like it used to and people can just deal with it and stop complaining that they won't be able to get 300000000000000000 damage on a hale during a round.:afro:I'm guess that I am "those people" you are referring to since you seem to clearly be replying to my argument with the "ruin" quote. First of all, you claiming to notice more people playing with the limit is not really reliable evidence that it was effective. More people could mean that you got on one day and noticed 10 more people that just happened to be playing compared to before. There are so many variables that determine how many people are on the server, the limit was most likely not involved at all with how many people were on the server. Your eye-witness does not really hold any weight. Even if we have a 3 sniper limit, just two homing snipers can do over 15,000 damage to hale, no questions asked. A limit will also prevent people who actually want to play a sniper without homing from playing. What matters isn't the quantity of the perk, but the perk itself.
