I would like to give @DrLee, @Hidingmaster, @ThePenguin @diabeetus for conversations, as this issue it too big out for me to deal with this solely. During their investigation, I would like to be included in the conversations, as me running the TF2 divisons and deciding moderators and promos will cause bias towards my decisions.

Alright, I'm going to give my opinion on this matter. I knew this issue couldn't last forever and action needed to be taken. The first point I'd like to say is that kitty becoming mod is not her decision. If you don't think she should have become mod than that's an issue you need to bring to the higher ups. Second of all, the disrespect is way too high and unacceptable. The TF2 xg community is pretty much crap right now due to this conflict. Kitty has presented a lot of evidence of disrespect and I will be surprised if nothing happens from this thread. I'm not going to +1 or -1 right now, but I think that the disrespect some people are showing Kitty NEEDS to stop. Its on a much higher level than other conflicts in the past. The users mentioned in OP definitely need a warning. Last thing I'm going to say is that I honestly don't care if literally everyone in TF2 hates me for not being against kitty. I'm going to stand by my opinion.

It has become a huge problem on TGH. I have been kicked several times, even if Kypari has called me to come see something (Me and Kypari are brothers) despite being literally about 8 metres away from me or if I'm in a trade and it's taking a while because they are stalling or something. +1

If I may, if you're not moving on the server the bot will move you to spectate after 30 minutes, and will outright kick you after 60 minutes. If you're only in spectate the whole time then it will do it after 30 minutes. If you're in spectate and didn't join a team then you should join a team. If you honestly can't take 15 seconds to move just an inch then I feel no sympathy for you if you get kicked by the AFK bot.
Now, I do believe that it should be increased but no more than 15 minutes to 45 minutes (meaning if you stay in spectate then you get half the time) and no one gets special treatment. But, this obviously lies with @Nomulous, as he has to fix it and there is a long list of things on the servers to fix/add. And to the staff members who just stay in spectate the whole time, I think you should be more active instead of staying in spectate waiting for something to happen.
So, to sum it up. +1 for the bot's time to increase, -1 for staff to get special treatment, +1 to fix everything we need to fix, -1 for this to have priority.
Edit: Let's try to find middle ground and make a compromise instead of firing shots.

+1, why is everyone so harsh? on gaming history it's different, the timer is much shorter and we just get kicked when i go to the bathroom or take my dogs out. it's not that big of a problem, but i mean people go AFK for a moment and get kicked. the lower time would be better in Pokemon because that server is more full then gaming history.

School is starting and that means less time playing and more time doing work and other things. Before we had the servers remade to fix the demo grenades problem we had a decent and long timer for being idle before being kicked. Right now the timer is so short I have to keep moving every 30 seconds or so and it's really annoying when I'm multitasking, I leave my computer to get a drink or use the bathroom and I get kicked. With the older timer I could sit watching the server while doing other things if I am too busy to play. So I would like for a longer timer before the game puts you in to spectate and kicks you like we had before.
 
two ways to do this.
 
1. Make it so staff members are immune to being kicked for being afk. (my preferred choice, it would keep afk people from taking server space while letting me do what I would like to do, Useful when the server is full and because staff don't get server slot privileges to kick none staff so a staff member can join it would allow a staff member to always be present on a server.)
 
2. Use the old settings so I can idle for a long period without being kicked.

Lately on jailbreak I've noticed that people (including reds) haven't been paying attention to the no camping armoury or medic. Thus, they are staying in there for longer than needs be even whilst rebeling so they can't die. It's near impossible to kill them- I tried burning a Soldier none stop as Pyro and when he left and killed me, he had full health. This is ridiculous, please shorten the time allowed in there.
