I've seen immense amounts of immaturity in the division lately and it's driving me nuts. I hate having to go on the servers and I hate having to respond to the call admin bot. (Something that our MODERATORS do not do.) I may just quit TF2 in general, which I'm definitely doing when Overwatch comes out.

-1 this seems more like a personal dispute. Why did you "have" to be on blue? Nothing was keeping you on blue team at all, unless nobody else had a mic (which by the way is your job to prevent.) Being a moderator does not require you to be on blue, which you said to the guy straight.
 
To me, it looks like the dude is speaking his mind. He never once disrespected you, and he even tried to apologize. (an apology you didn't accept because it was imperfect.) This whole thing looks stupid and I actually agree with a couple of the things he's said.
 
I'm not trying to throw shots here, but this certainly isn't ban-worthy in my opinion. This seems like a very biased ban request.

In the past I've seen him post on the forums, and I may have posted on some threads, but that's it.
 
He (allegedly) broke the rules to get the first week ban. He could have(or maybe he did, I don't know) made a ban protest. If that didn't work, wait the week, it's not like it's a year.
After the week ban, he continued to evade the ban, repeatedly. While he could have just made more protests in the future, but no he continued to break the rules. Whether or not you think he should be banned or not for that is irrelevant
 
All of you shouldn't be bashing him. I know you don't like him, but he's not here to become your best friend, he's apologizing, to make an attempt to atone for his past offenses.
 
Yes, he could be doing this to make people feel bad for him to get an unban, BUT you don't know that, so don't jump to conclusions, like the three year olds you're all acting like.
 
All I can say is this: You don't want him unbanned? Good. Post that on his ban protest If he makes one. Not on his apology thread. You don't like him? Ok, we didn't need to know whether you liked him or not, and that's not why he's here.
All the answers this thread needs is a "Thanks for the apology" or a "Hey what's up" if you're a friend. If you aren't posting that. You have no reason to post. Nobody even respond to this post, either comment on it or pm me if it's such a problem.

You're not sorry for what you did. You're sorry you got caught. You've been teambanned for your inappropriate actions and now you are upset because you lose out on those privileges.
 
This is what we call a "Lesson hard learned." Perhaps if you'd been so adamant as to read the rules before you went on your tirade it would have never gone so far. Even Ohstopyou had contact with you amidst your rulebreaking, but still you persisted. And now we're suppose to say "Aww shucks, give him a second chance." just because you took the time to make a forum account?
 
I have no qualms about keeping you banned. None whatsoever. It's players like these that even make our servers require moderation to begin with. What, you think that just by graveling on the forums and saying that you've learned your lesson will revert the ban? I don't think so.
 
You're not banned from any other xG service. I checked. Your ban from Blu team on our Jailbreak server stays in place. Continue to be active, show some maturity, and contribute to our community here, and we can reconsider down the road AFTER you show initiative.
