So I think this was a long time coming. I've been very inactive on the servers and honestly have been playing a lot of other games. It's been a lot of fun but i don't think that I need to be staff anymore. I'll still be on but not as much.

This doesn't really seem to be necessary. SnowyMinion was just having fun and initiating votes. She kicked a user after a majority vote went well over 75%, but she probably shouldn't have.

+1 The evidence is here me include. I needed more evidence before I could make a ban. I warned him and also, I had to slay him all in a day period. Im going make it a day ban until a finally decision is made.

Who are you?

Alright, this is going to be a longgg explanation. I'll just start from the beginning so that everyone can have a refresh on what has been/is going on.
 
This all started six months ago, back in July/August, when I had been getting more active on Jailbreak. Rules were changed, new plugins were added, etc. Normally this wouldn't be a problem for people because I don't grill everyone for not knowing the rules/changes, and I give people time to acclimate or learn them. Since work had begun on the servers (and even before that if you check source comms), Sirflash has been nothing but a nuisance, troll, and instigator. Over the past six months he has consistently fought with staff (myself included), tried to loophole rules, trash talked other players, and numerous other things. That was, until around 2-3 months ago, when I gave him an ultimatum. I told him, and I quote:
 
"If I ever catch you loopholing, fighting with staff about anything, trolling, instigating arguments, or anything that would be detrimental to our playerbase or servers, YOU WILL BE BANNED FOREVER."

Nearly every single staff member that has played on Jailbreak has reported having a problem with him. You can see that he has had a mute or gag nearly every single week for the past SIX MONTHS:
 

 
I have even had to come on the server numerous times to solve disputes between him and my staff. So, enough is enough. I have been overly gentle with you for the longest time. I have asked you easily over 100 times to stop acting like a child and just play the game, yet here we are, three months later, and you still continue to fight with staff and loophole rules. I have had enough of the constant fighting, and I will not tolerate it anymore. -1
 
I'm going to be tagging staff and ex-staff that have had to deal with him in the past. So, several days ago, while there was a massive rules breaker on Jb1, I used the !calladmin command, minutes later an admin sent a me a message insulting me without replying further messages, then, sent me an apology hours later as if we were friends and I should have got the "joke"
 
A day didn't pass, the same admin, on a normal day on jb1, grabs a mod, the mod grabs the admin, and they both kept grabbing each other in the sky, normally, according to jb rules it's detouring and delaying, when they were both killed, the mod !csay'ed "Bitch dont even" and left the server, when trying to personally discuss it with the admin, he/she told me that I wouldn't have complained if that "certain DL" did it, I replied "No matter if it was you, 'that certain DL' , or anyone else, breaking the rules is breaking the rules, end of the story"
 
The day after that, while playing in jb, that "certain DL" was on, while I was warden, he was freehit by a guard, and detoured to medic, I wasn't aware of the freehitting so I killed him, he slayed me and the other guard, while trying to talk about it privately, he didn't seem to enjoy so I avoided continuing the debate.
 
Wednesday, when I wrote a status asking to be promoted, That certain DL commented " Not to mention you have to have a line between knowing the rules, and knowing courtesy", then, logged on a while after that to jb1 when I was on, and wrote two !csay : (You guys know nothing about the c word/ it's courtesy)
 
Usually, theses are details we don't accord attention to, but, coming from an important staff members, it does hurt, especially when you turn from "the cool guy" to feeling targeted or un-welcome .
 
This thread wasn't made to report that's why I'm trying to keep people anonymous, I just hope the concerned persons recognize their fault and try to act in a better way in the future .
 
Dear concerned Division Leader ; Telling someone they lack courtesy, or ignore it, is far from being acceptable, just because a member wanted to advice you, doesn't allow you to disrespect them, in fact, when I joined this community, it was for the will to help making it better, and that's how a community works, everyone must contribute, there's no real higher position when it's about improvement, everyone has the right to ask, to discuss, and to oppose whenever needed and must do so, and none of these actions should be stated as a personal offense, I'm telling you this, because I've led and I've been part of communities, Respect comes before everything, in the end, the main goal of a community is to learn and move forward, individually and collectively.

Hello everyone! Being an admin has been fun! I am stepping down to member, in case you are asking why:
My router kind of broke yesterday and I'm not able to connect to CS:GO servers or tf2 servers, and even if im on one of our servers, i constantly lag.
That's not the only reason though, the other one is that you guys do not seem to be pleased by my inactivty and i constantly get to read that I shouldn't be admin anymore.
Now I hope you guys are happy; @Bach @Rias_Gremory @Egossi @kbraszzz
If i get to fix my router I might hop on the tf2 servers sometimes.. And CS:GO servers! @Duke
keep in mind, i am still a member.

I've gotten pretty bored with xG lately, and I think it's time I quit (for good). For the past year and a half you guys have made my TF2 experience so much fun, and are the reason I actually became active in it today. But now I feel like xG servers are distracting me from actually experiencing TF2 (2much custom gamemode).
