I love Google Forms and all, but I would rather use something else but Google Forms definitely is my last option at the moment.

Everyone has someone that does not like them or has something against them. The defending a friend part has nothing to do with your member application as he only pointed out your chat history in the servers.

I would keep it open. Ask other members in the server to vouch for you. Im sure some would be willing to vouch. ;)
