First and foremost, if Staff are actually enforcing this rule (which I find hard to believe to begin with) then both of those sprays are inappropriate. That being said, if Staff are merely enforcing the latter (in that sprays must not contain any nudity) then both of those sprays are acceptable.

 

Staff should not be demonstrating any sort of bias behaviour toward sprays that they personally think is inappropriate if they are only strictly enforcing one aspect of that particular rule. Either you deal with any/all sprays that fall under the category of being PG- 13 and displaying nudity, or you treat every spray (without nudity) in the same way.

 

To be perfectly honest, if there's a fine line that makes it so difficult for Staff to determine whether a spray is PG- 13 or not (which shouldn't be the case as it should be blatantly obvious) then the rules should be altered along the lines of the following [for example]: "All sprays and avatars must be PG- 13 and cannot have nudity in them. This includes any spray that depicts sexual content, derogatory content, or anything else that may be deemed inappropriate by Staff."

 

With that in mind, I'll re-iterate that Staff must punish any other players with similar sprays if they are punishing players at all under the aforementioned rule.

To add on, the reason why the people in which Vexx asked for their opinions DISLIKED Derpyro's spray might simply be caused by the characters of the spray (furries/ponies) and not because of the inappropriate image/content

Well he didn't repeat his offense until you left hence why you believe we didn't gag him

I was, so I can add context

 

1. Funny how you only recorded after you got muted. You know, after you were telling the entire server to vote mute a guy just because you didn't like his voice, then proceeded to get muted for calling him a "♥♥♥♥♥♥" over mic

 

2. The guy who was using slurs was gagged by me shortly afterwards, so yes it was taken care of

 

3. The guy getting slapped sure is strange, considering I was there when this happened and my chat wasn't spammed with the usual "[sM] Player was slapped". Me and Snowy were the only Mods on and neither of us did so

Also if anyone wants to know what he said around 0:30 of ProofP, it was "I don't fricking see a single bloody slur in chat" and later on something along the lines of "Stop usin slurs in chat".

To add on, Tourten told everyone to votemute a guy just because he didn't like his voice personally, though the guy was not breaking any rules.. in which I have told and warned Tourten about. At 0:47 of ProofP1 as he was scrolling through the chat, it shows my allchat message that states "Tourten you can mute through client side. Since he's not really breaking rules AND don't use the votemenu when staff is on".

That was his first time saying it so I used it a chance to give him AND the entire server an official warning: Don't use slurs.

Guy was gagged after his repeated offense.

Not to mention... you were muted yesterday for the same offense, in which you insulted/commented on in chat.

Suggestion*

Boost the all hale health to like 1600 - 1750 per person. Usually hales are meant to be the ones winning most of the matches instead of being gunned down to curtain class(es).

Then again, you have to remember bosses like MLG Sniper, Ninja Spy, Chuck Norris, Blitzkreig, Bloodrider, and Dark Vader.
