Doesn't mean you have to press down the mic button as far as I can tell. If you have verbal tourettes in the first place you shouldn't be using a microphone honestly.

If your tic is twitching just move your push to talk to a bind that's harder to bump.

 

That being said I don't think this is a real attempt to be unbanned, and if it is you should just ask for this to be deleted and put more effort and detail into another thread bevause this thread is a low effort mess. -1.
