I don't care if the address was or wasn't released. Putting out private information is not only rude, but is potential harassment. There is absolutely no way the ban should be reduced, it's plain dumb to spam people's info. -1

Yes I accidentally team banned him while trying to ban a mass freekiller. I still do not have source ban powers therefore I can not unban him. luckily it seems like most of you want him to stay banned.

I am not sure of the context of what happened, but Maybe he was saying this to cover the fact it was correct and didnt want people knowing that it was. That would be the obvious thing to do if someone gave out my personal info.

I just remembered. I think you are talking about a couple years ago when I went on an achievement server. I went because I was a noob then and wanted weapons from the achievements. But they are two different things. This guy was on a server that has no achievement mods, so he hacked it himself. When I did it, it was on a server that gave people achievements. I don't own hacks of any kind

As it has been said in the past and I'll go ahead and post it in here for the CLs (some are from this time as well) in the case of cristo and a few others, multi-clanning is allowed. But it is allowed on a case by case basis, and the circumstances that would allow it are very specific, the other "clan" in question must have 0 competition whatsoever with any of our servers on any game. In Cristo's case this is fine because R.I.P. is a pub clan and that is no problem, the one time we had a pub server was for xmas and it just stuck as an empty locked server and nobody went on it. As long as there is no server similar to ours, they should be allowed membership.

Like I was gonna say in the other thread before @DrLee closed it was that I think this is a common sense issue. Whatever you thought, giving out personal info that is not yours can lead to bad ramifications if given to the wrong person. It's one thing for someone to give their own information out but quite another to have someone take away your choice and possibly lead to something bad happening. Personal information, whatever it may be, should not be posted to a server. @McNeo got banned for posting people's IPs and information and I think this ban should stick as well. -1 Does this even make sense? I feel like I rambled. It makes sense to me.

Is it necessary to be giving out people personal information so everyone can see? and it doesn't matter if you "said his name once", you still gave out info that shouldn't of been copied and pasted from the first place.

Only higher-ups can unban and they don't do that unless told to by someone higher than them (aka Silence) or by successful Ban Protest. It's more likely this kid never got banned or, if he did, it was not a perm. *Just throwing that info out there*

He also gave out personal information which belonged to to a member along with Modkerpz and Captain crunch. @DrLee and I have evidence (which won't be shown) unless we privately show it to you higher ups.

Sorry for the huge delay, been pretty busy this week. I don't recommend removal of membership if he is part of a clan whose servers don't really have much to do with it. Unless he is wearing their tags concurrently with ours as that can be seen as a conflict of interest. Anyways, he has apparently said (unconfirmed) that he wishes to leave the clan and is only wearing the other clans tags so unless you respond Pancake, removal of membership is recommended. But again, as a general rule I don't think we should be removing membership of people double clanning unless their servers are similar and present a conflict of interest or he wears tags concurrently on our servers which basically provides an indirect form of advertisement.

I really hope you're joking because I had absolutely nothing to do with that. The actions of my friends are not my own and I apologize for whatever it is they have done to you. I exited the skype call shortly after I was banned and have no idea what has happened since. To my knowledge none of my friends have the capabilities to do this but that doesn't make it impossible. Partially true yes. I am trying to get unbanned but again I must say that the only part of that information i believed to be true was your name. Never in a million years did I think that the person with your name that I had randomly picked off of google would be the real you. Your lack of reaction to it made me think that you didn't care and/or that the information was incorrect. Most of the time the ones spamming your name were not me and I usually only referred to you by your real name. I will not argue with you though, because in the end you are right and I was wrong and there's nothing else I can say.

I hate posting... Well, since I haven't been on a lot recently, I can't say much. Imo I didn't have the best experiences (I would be at a 0 last time I've seen him while being active myself which was a long time ago) with him. It's mainly up to the DMs in here due to them being much more active than I. But showing the positive side: (I can't get a clear view on how forestfire works most of the time) Sure, whatever, +1. He's been the kind of guy who likes to talk shit to people and act like a dick but also a pretty funny guy at random times. Wardens too much (in NAZI MODE!!!) Understands most of the rules, and is a little bit active (As far as i remember, correct me if i'm wrong) He's been a member for a while now (No Though if you DO happen to get mod, you need to work on your maturity for sure.
