not a bad idea, but most staff would rather be in a community room talking with their friends(but pshh, who has those?). So if we went in the help room, it would end up getting filled by people who dont need to be there(the people that would be in the community room). That, and not many non-xG csgo regulars even use TS, and the ones that do would usually have some staff added who they can message on the issue.

Castle Wars(somethin like the one on the new razor map).
Big Cage(One without a vent, so rounds can actually happen. On VIP if you put them in big cage the round is over).
Regarding soccer, i'd hope it would be something like lego jails. A big ball meant for Death Soccer, but also an option for normal soccer where you can knife the ball once and it doesn't go halfway across the field.
An Easter Egg. Something like you get a map nade for each map game(One for race, one for surf, one for climb, and one for bhop, and after collecting all four nades you can press a button to open a hidden room or something. That or they get lowgrav/something boosting themselves. If the method i explained with the nades is too complicated,any easter egg would do, just an idea.
But make sure if you add all this stuff that the map doesnt end up being like voodoo where it's too big and can't be navigated.
Also, see if you can make it a map where it's difficult to rebel. Maybe 1 vent cell, 1 gun cell, maybe 1 TP cell that takes you to another area of the map(not armory though, its what makes the one tp cell on vip OP) its big, not too easy to rebel, but its layout is done well.

i like how the most inactive staff member(me) isnt mentioned, but when i get back, i forgot a part cause i wasnt thinking, the server will be watched by me more then most other staff like it was before my laptop crapped out. also getting more active staff takes higher priority over demoting inactive staff, better to make sure server is being taken care of before worrying about the staff that isnt active and they should be talked to before demoting give them a chance to become active again. But i like @Forest idea.Yeah but you're inactive for a reason, others still get on csgo and stuff like that and just avoid going on xG servers. It's one thing of you HAVE to be inactive, but it's another thing if you CHOOSE to be inactive.

It's Time For A New Gmod Server...
It's already been discussed, TTT is almost ready, though it needs staff and people to populate it, Dark RP is questionable, as I don't think it's worth it.
Two things need to happen before TTT is launched. These are the only hold backs, the server has been ready for months.- A division manager responsible for handling moderators, ban protests, server rules, population etc.
- Anther clan hosting needs launched. The current clan hosting(s) cannot safely handle TTT as the load is too high.

+1, you're active, mature, just make sure you re-read the rules as there have been times where you misunderstood some things and such, otherwise I think you're capable.

+1, while I do believe you will need a few days or so to get adjusted to CSGO's rules compared to CS:S, I believe you are qualified enough for mod(The guy is literally printing out the admin handbook, cmon now).

#1: I still enforce it as "Facing away unless otherwise specified" like it used to be, and have not been corrected on this yet.
#2: Could add "No Healing(KnifeFight,S4S,etc.), no Bhopping/Rocket Tossing(Gun Toss), stuff like that.
#3: I don't let people camp hidden spots ( i.e hidden wall on blackout, Awp hole on VIP, Scout window on Razor, but I generally just warn them and give them more time than if they were in a vent.
#4: I'd be OK with "Primaries may be out for 3 seconds before being deemed a rebel, unless pointed at a CT" and I'd rather the Secondary rule stay the same.
#5: Should add examples of Tarps in Simon Says so they know what it means. I.e "Jumping is restricted. Simon says jump" *Ts who don't jump die as Simon didn't say it was restricted."

You still don't have the 20 hours, but that's easy to obtain, so this should remain open so long as he gets the 20 hours.
To be fair, I will vouch after the 20 hours are reached, though I think you're capable of being mod.

Nah what happened was he said bum rush to couch game and then killed all og us for being on the blue one with jumping restricted, but you don't have to jump to get on the blue one.he said get in couch game, then changed to get in the square of couch game. but the couches are also in the square, and they got on blue couch by walking on it.

Basically all I'm saying is that the Ts weren't supposed to be on the couches, regardless of whether they could jump or not. It was an accident anyway, so i still think the ban should be shortened(I'd rather it be completely removed since it's unfair imo but if shortening is the best he'll get then i'm all for it).

To my knowledge(what charles told me) is that he came on wearing xG:M tags (he more than likely just didnt know what xG:M meant) and charles told him to take it off, which he ended up doing. Impersonating staff is either changing your name to an existing staff members name, or putting the tags on and ACTING like a moderator. He put the tags on, but it's not like he was pretending to be staff.

+1, i was there, I dont even consider it a mass, the only reason it was considered a mass was by technicalities.
It was avalanche, and he told Ts to bumrush on the square/orange line of couch game(was one or the other, i dont remember) and he killed Ts who went on the couch. By being on the couch, they weren't on the square/orange line, but people said "oh but the couches are in the square so it was a freekill" and shit like that. Thats like the warden saying to bumrush to surf and people go to Ski because they're on the same map.

If we got the TTT server back up I wouldn't mind populating it, or even moderating it(I can balance mod on Csgo with it).
The problem with a TTT server is whether or not it's worth setting up. I don't think the Gmod staff would want to work on it if they didn't think it would be a success.
And to compete with other servers, they would have to add a bunch of plugins, and extra T/Detective weapons and such, and then there MIGHT be a chance. I feel like we could get the current regulars of Morbus to hop on there too, as well as various xG members and such from other divisions, or randoms. But it could end up like our Dark RP server, popular for a month then people stop playing it.

Staff are required to be active, but even if we COULD be on 24/7, we wouldn't be. Moderating is a volunteer position, we don't get paid to do this. It's basically working at a day care, minus the pay, and the kids are behind a computer screen so they don't worry about consequences for doing dumb shite.
I don't ENJOY moderating, but I do what i can to help the server, and if the time me and other staff try to get on isn't enough, then let's just remove all the staff and let the servers run wild, because that's what people make it seem like, that we intentionally do nothing.
I do think we should promote more of the active people, but there aren't enough capable people(thought there are some), tbh. Give it time, people will be promoted.
