I give Jeb credit for sticking in there as long as he did. I definitely like him but he was like my 3rd choice for republican candidate(1st Rubio, 2nd Kasich).

That ban reason aside, mogs never causes problems(at least not when I'm on) and to my knowledge he's never been by banned before so an immediate day ban may be a bit much. It's only a day though, so I'd say just wait it out since the ban was valid(you did freekill two Ts).Okay, so I didn't know this was a server ban, I figured this was a teamban. In that case, I fully +1 this, as I don't ban people from the server for free killing unless they leave before punishment ( On CSS it was 1fk+leave was a day ban, 2fk+leave was a week, and mass+leave is permanent, I haven't been put in the whole 1 or 2fk and leave situation yet, but if I am wrong on those times, other than the mass one, just correct me @Bleed )

xG has no activity requirements for members anyway(atleast to my knowledge, if they did i'd be out of xG after those 3-4 years my PC was broken).
But yeah i know what you mean, I think we all have those moments where we need to take a break from the same old shit we do over and over.

Staff can't act upon something they don't see. If you call us on AFTER you're freekilled, we didn't see it. Also, there's such a thing as some staff being busy/afk.
I'm not sure what you said to him, but for example, when someone tells me something like"SLAY HIM YOU PIECE OF SHIT SADFASDGASDFGASDG" i don't find it a top priority to slay that other person, they should handle it in a calm, or atleast mature, way. If you see staff not doing their jobs, record it. Or if none can get on, record the freekiller.

As odd as it may be, I'm half Democrat half Republican, i support different views of each. IF a democrat were to win, I want Bernie. IF a republican were to win, I want Rubio.
As far as who will win, Rubio can atleast surpass trump if the other candidates drop out. If it comes down to Hilary vs (anyone else here) i believe we will be seeing a republican in office. Hilary doesn't seem to have the strength with this that she used to, due to all the recent scandals and such.
I personally believe it will be Rubio. Even if it went between Bernie and Rubio, I think America, in its current state, needs a Republican to lead. I like Bernie, but not enough for me to think he'll handle the whole national security situation well.
Once (or if) Kasich drops out, it seems to me like his votes are likely to go to Rubio. Carson's votes may be split between Rubio and Cruz. But Trump is so different from the rest, that any others that drop out, will have their votes go to the others(excluding trump of course).

I did get on and mute him, then left without unmuting him (Forgot to unmute, my bad). But i can confirm he was mic spamming without looking at those videos. As soon as i joined all I heard was complete ear rape, and I feel like i saw him on JB or RPG Surf doing the same thing some other time.
Not sure if a ban is necessary though. If so I +1, but it might just come down to a warning/keep an eye on this guy sort of thing.

Leave it as a CT ban, I banned them. Server bans for mass freekilling are only if they mass freekill and leave before punishment is given.

Pokemon... he spams all the time, gets muted all the time(then still continues to spam, im close enough to banning him if he keeps it up), screams in his mic all the time. In one case he left the server and rejoined to unmute himself and he said "LOOK I CAN UNMUTE MYSELF" so i warned him not to avoid punishments like that. I don't think it would warrant an immediate ban though. At the most, he should be put in a last chance situation. I'm near close to muting him every time he's on, that's how bad he gets.

To be fair, I don't think everybody knows that isn't part of soccer(though I remember from CSS that it was not), considering that wardays aren't done very often anymore, let alone wardays that are specifically in Lego jail soccer.
If it was a nonmember/member(or anyone for that matter), unless I warned CTs not to be in there before they killed anyone, I still wouldn't perm CT ban them due to it being a misunderstanding anyway. The most I'd have gone with is a week and I'd tell them they could protest for it to be shortened if they wanted.
Let him off with a warning, maybe a CT ban. But next time athrun, just run it by other staff/DMs and DLs before arguing it. By the way, this isn't really staff related, should be in ban request instead.

For one, I don't think you've read the rules( or if you have, you don't know the rules well enough), I base that off of playing with you, seeing you telling people they can't do something that they actually can, etc. I'm gonna upload some pics here of your general attitude.

That's what kind of keeps me from +1ing you. It's your general attitude and disrespect towards others, as well as our server itself. I actually nearly banned you(but did warn twice and kick) for disrespecting staff and the server, as shown in the pictures.
Show an attitude improvement, and more knowledge of the rules, and I'll +1.

No doubt we have some inactive staff. Some can't/couldn't get on due to PC issues/school issues/other issues, some play other games/competitive too so we aren't on 24/7 but we still come on daily( I think I'm in that category, I'm on most of the week, with the occasional exception of a few days), and some staff are just blatantly inactive with no obvious reason.
Even if staff are on, recording a demo can still be helpful if you choose to do so, staff can't see everything so it's up to you if you do it while we're on, but I recommend recording while staff aren't on, you've been a big help with catching rule breakers so far, so we thank you for that.
