He's a good player, he was banned because of being a part of staff and abusing,, and then he was CT banned, and this isn't a CT ban protest, only a server ban protest(and forums) so if he wants to make a CT ban protest later, thats his choice. So don't look at why he was banned for staff abuse reasons

Ts who are rebelling can only be deemed as a rebel if they were seen breaking rules by a CT. This means you can only kill a T you see rebel, not if you were clued to it(Such as their name popping up as killing a CT).

I bolded the main part im focusing on

Whenever a T gets pardoned, if in the corner(not seen by a CTs eyes) the T kills someone,(as an example since he's bad xG:A ShadowSpy *KNIFE* xG:A Diabeetus), he gets "unpardoned" and counted as a rebel again, so im gonna go ahead and start enforcing it again, and unless its changed(which im not saying i want it to be changed) you should all enforce it too.

BASICALLY: Don't unpardon a T after pardoning him because you saw him kill someone in the top corner text, unless you see him do it with your eyes.

People should start enforcing it, and not do it yourselves.

I think the perma CT ban and a "one more mess up and you get a demotion" would work better, i maen not many xG members are seen intentionally massing anyways, i can't name any that have done it in the last few months, so either way this thread works out doesn't matter much, i mean shiro, papi, and a few others have massed but they left before doing so.

PM+ should obviously not do it, so they should just be demoted to member.

+1, since im pretty sure xG is fine with your new clan (TG i believe, and i was told it was yours, so i could be wrong) as long as you aren't in WD or their steam group you should be unbanned, were a good player while on our servers.

You ( @autumn ) aren't really giving a reason why he shouldn't be unbanned, other than saying he is evading a ban (can't post on other account though).

+1, hes one of the most loyal members in xG as far as i've seen and is already unbanned from servers and teamspeak anyways. Him being allowed to participate on the forums for the servers he play shouldnt be restricted from him.

@Brian half of those reasons are stuff he did or started on servers, that he is already unbanned from, so it doesn't really state why no forum unban.

Though now i realize netex is just a troll, when i used to defend him i noticed that people ALWAYS started with him and trolled him first, leading to him getting in trouble and not the xG members doing so.

Same thing with duckii jr here except just for a different topic of what he was said to have done. Someone started a rumor that he said something which in the past he has brought up, but has currently not as far as i've seen.

Thats the fun part of rebelling though, its what makes it more challenging imo. It'd be better for the individual rebelling but then it would just annoy the others not being able to kill them if warden simply says "no".

@@Forest I like it, its strict enough to keep control, but also not giving an advantage to Ts. I like the balance of it.

@@Forest Well if the cts arent actually hunting and dicking around doing soccer or surf, thats just when we could slay, the rule doesn't really stop that anyway, just makes the have to ask first to go dick around.

Also, i would say that if a prisoner had ran, they'd chase him but radio in at the same time, being realistic.
