I didn't kick you from the TeamSpeak channel. You'd need to check TeamSpeak for that. However, I wish I had saved the harassment you started on me in Dark's channel. Don't play innocent here. I slayed you for camping, which can be confirmed by @@orangejuice. The slay was valid, then you cried abuse which it wasn't. Then what unfolded in the imgur links happened.
 
Last I checked I don't need to type out a valid reason for your kick. The reason was you continued on in admin chat after I warned you with the gag.

And from what im hearing from others you then went to team speak and harassed them and a few others.

You also came into darkwolf's channel and screamed about it , and you were lucky you did not get banned for that. I would of banned you straight off if you came in screaming and I had admin. I tried to tell you to stop going into the channel and screaming and you just called me a faggot. thats one way of getting kicked out of xg man.

I'm hearing a lot of uncertainty from those who were part of the decision about how many, if any at all, were freekills. You can't be banning people if you arent sure that they freekilled, and I find it hard to believe that you were aiming right at the spray with a scope when rofl started killing them dark.
 
Ban was unjustified, and as far as I can tell nobody really has the slightest clue what went on.

Being a dick... IE killing a bunch of people that accidentally aren't following the order to the letter... it's also hard to see a spray on the floor when you are stacked up with people, let alone figure out which of the multiple sprays belong to the person saying to stack on theirs... if you're going to do this you should run a demo so that when/if someone see's/thinks you freekilled and bans you you will have proof otherwise.
 
As for the "why they banned him if they didn't see it" thing... it sounds as if they were sure of at least 1 freekill, and agreed together that there were others as well. If there is no proof otherwise, there's really no reason to believe one person over the other, but the people with the higher rank get the say, and it looks like they said it was multiple freekills and thus a ban...

If you select race you have chosen an lr, and that in fact renders your ability to choose to rebel invalid.

In total of what I saw, he killed 4+ Ts. I gave the order to stack up on my spray. The majority of the Ts that were killed[i was watching with a scope] still had their feet and part of their bodies on the spray,[basically standing half on, half off, my spray.] which technically counts as being on my spray. A couple weren't, but still 3 were killed.
I say it should stay at a week.

I'd like to see some evidence to support that the people that roflmao killed were in fact freekills, I'll leave my full input later but I'm teetering between a +1 and a 0 for now. If you don't even know if any T's were really freekilled, then there wasn't really a reason to ban him as he could have only freekilled 1 or even no people (unless you're absolutely certain 2 or more T's were killed).

This isnt official, but if you want to be technical yes they are different. As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to people wardening if they say stairs instead of ramp, or ramp instead of stairs, all the Ts already know what he's talking about(Everyone always goes there), the only people who yell tarp are people trying to troll the warden.

With as inactive as some of the staff has been, we pretty much are juggling everything right now.
 
And i dont mind doing the petty things, it helps you have better communication with staff and members.

Honestly, I find it best to just announce I am rebel hunting either way. It covers you if the T asks.
