Since people are bringing up the three open ban protest threads so much, I think i'll hop on the bandwagon and share my thoughts. DuckiiJr has been caught for hacking ONCE. It got him VAC banned and banned from the servers. However, he is a long time member who is well involved and hasn't disrespected in pretty well any form. Of the three he probably deserves an unban the most. McNeo contributed a LOT to the community, but had a number of offenses, which lead to him still being banned. Oscar hacked TWICE, and was a grouch (lol) pretty well the entire time you've been in the community, providing nothing good to it. The fact that he kept coming back to fuck up again proves he hadn't learned shit and never will. An unban would be insanity. The bad normally outweighs the good in these cases, but considering DuckiiJr has done just about no harm of any kind in the act I'm not hesitant to +1 his protest. Obviously he isnt getting admin powers back for a while (I would hope) so people can stop worrying about that.

It's....concerning to know that someone who was so prominent in the community managed to take such a wrong turn that lead to a lot of negative attention. For that reason, I'm against the idea that his past deeds should help his case, though they shouldnt be brushed off as if he did nothing to help, as that's far from the truth. As much as I would like to see him back in the community, it's one of those situations where the damage is done and the consequences need to remain as they are. As Smoker said, xG's integrity is on the line.

Most of the screens are cut off from the top so that it's his response and it doesn't show that you said anything. Unlike most of the other peeps that have responsed, however, I dont have faith that people will only be shitheads when actively provoked. Even if we only have his responses, he still disrespected all to fuck, and should be punished for it. Try to keep an eye on him as often as possible. This goes to everyone.

There are a fuckton of communities out there. Maybe he should try finding others and annoy those people instead. Do you think federal prisons let people who have gotten life sentences out after a few years for good behaviour, or because they've been in for a long time and need a break? The reputation of xG is on the line when it comes to baddies like oscar. Permabans need to be permanent for integrity's sake.
