I'll go ahead and say it: I wouldn't be particularly happy if you were to be promoted, based off of things you have done in your past (toxicity, disrespect, massed once) but I have to admit: recently what little I have seen of you there haven't been any huge problems, and based off of that you've majorly improved. I've had issues with older AMD GPUs (a Radeon 7970 died on me and the 6970 I have now is on it's way out), so while they may have good overclocking I would stick with other brands based purely on my experience with AMD cards. now I have no idea how well AMD CPUs run so get whatever's your cup of tea. keep in mind this was with older Radeon cards so newer ones might be amazing but I haven't personally used them so I would go with something besides AMD

While I think that there needs to be some sort of reform for this sort of thing, I don't think a test like you were talking about would work because of the blatant cheating issue. Even if they do see the MoTD using a cheat sheet doesn't usually get any knowledge absorbed into the brain of the cheater. Anyone could deem their mfk "accidental" and while the staff would have to prove it I think it would help to be able to deem it accidental only if there was any sort of proof to make it 100% certain that it was accidental because people are never perfect, and it could be seen as an easy way to get out of a permanent ban. Just my $0.02 :coffee:

even if it was an accident, it was an accident caused by your own negligence and so the ban is likely going to stay, and be shortened if you're lucky. just because it was an accident doesn't mean you get a 'get out of jail free' card

-1 extremely hostile to other players for absolutely no reason, and specifically I have noticed it targeted at me (any time I get on he'll make a point to make some negative or insulting comment), very immature and on top of all that just got perm ct banned so I don't think that he should be considered for membership at all A:8 M:2

first off, saying literally everything in all caps isn't going to help your case. @Rabid banned him for "freekilling" if you got permed for killing one person then I think that might be a bit excessive, but I haven't seen Rabid wrongfully ban someone. even so I wasn't there so I can't say anything :coffee:

from what I've seen of him he's still been a bit toxic, he's improved but I don't think it's been long enough for an unban -1
