+1 one for some action being taken due to the trolling ( which is against our community MOTD) That is almost constant whenever MineCrack is around.

So then why was Aaron demoted while Hellafun wasn't? Aaron had never really had a problem with abusing powers in the past and apparently this instance was the only time at which Aaron could be confirmed to have used !ban @all. Hellafun on the other hand had received a warning as a result of his previous abuse thread (where he used !teamswap to get himself onto CT team even though there was no justifiable reason to do so) and we know he used the !cash @all 30000 command several times in that day alone (courtesy of some fine detective work from Matsi), yet he was once again given just a warning. Why are we only giving warnings to some people while straight up demoting other people who both abused in very similar ways?

I think this thread should just be closed on the amount of -1s.
Here are some things to help you get +1s for the future (Including from me):
1) Never use your mic again
2) Stop being immature/annoying (spamming chat/admin chat, etc.)
3) Stop putting on tags to try to "loophole" yourself into xG or what other people are saying "joining another clan." I honestly don't care about the "in another clan" or "trying to put on xG tags" excuses but it just annoys me.
I think most vouches were valid, though. Saying "annoying, troll, etc" is a valid enough reason to -1 somebody in my opinion. Just adding "wore xg tags" or "in another clan" doesn't really count those first reasons out, the tag reasons were just invalid, but others were valid.

It should mean then that they do not want him to wear those "fake" tags, then.
Also most other things were obvious. There's quite a few things wrong with him, and they were all already listed by many people. I don't think we need to say much more for him to "improve on."

If we don't want PM's perming people then DON'T GIVE THEM ACCESS, If someone got full mod they got it for a reason as @@diabeetus said, either they worked hard for it and did an application or were promoted because higher-ups thought they were ready

Because this right here is exactly why Members/Players can mass freekill intentionally and expect to be unbanned. Because of this "unfair" factor. It's maddening; the amount of Players/Members who have been using that excuse to bend a Higher-Up's judgement, and the fact that it actually works.
 
Your proposal of "setting it in stone" was already set by myself on multiple occasions, yet for reasons unknown, Players/Members are still slipping through the cracks because of rash and blind +1s from our Members/Players. What no one seems to get or realize, is that if you people keep living in the past by saying "This guy got off scot-free, why shouldn't this guy" then we aren't going to get anywhere and we might as well remove permanent bans. I don't know how many times I've had to bring up the fact that these are two entirely different situations, and therefore cannot be compared but here I go again:
 
1. This was an intentional mass freekill, it was done with the intention of breaking rules, and Lapis was completely aware of his actions. It was in no way, accidental.
 
2. Warrior, on the other hand, did something as he thought it was the right thing to do. He did it with the intention of Enforcing rules which could have been done in a different way, but the intention was to "maintain the peace". He was in no-way smiting everyone because he wanted to nor did he do it with the intention of trolling/screwing everything up. It just so happens that what he did was a terrible idea, but whether or not it was stupid, it is not the same thing.
 
I don't mean to muck up this thread with this, but seriously; you people gotta draw the line and stop coming up with excuses to allow someone to get unbanned. As much as I love Lapis, he intentionally broke the rules for the sole purpose of doing it, he knew what his actions would warrant, and therefore he should be punished accordingly. Just because someone else is 1-up'ing for the reason that "other people have done it and got away with it" doesn't mean you should automatically agree for the same reason.
 
TL;DR - Stop comparing a Mass Freekill to the incident with Warrior's "smite@all". I won't say stop being biased as that's almost impossible, but I will suggest to at least try to stop.

@@Matsi You still have to perm for mass freekill, its been discussed before, if YOU have a problem with that, you should NOT be a mod. We (all the mods) didn't become mods to do whatever we want, if you dont enforce something a way a mod is supposed to, you dont deserve mod.
