It won't cut down the number of CTs it will cut down the number of involuntary CTs. I get auto switched ALL the time and eventually stop fighting it because I'm tired of dying at the beginning of each round. I switch back and forth all the time regardless it's just that when I want to play T I would like that decision to be honored instead of being forced to switch, and if I earn enough credits to have immunity from it I again think I deserve to remain on which team I like at the moment. Plenty of people will still be CT its just that it'll happen in a less annoying way +1

So today I was playing Trouble in Terrorist Town. I'd played a good number of rounds and was getting around to my last one. I'd only been traitor like 3/4 times without being RDM'd at the beginning myself and I was edgy. So I see someone who spawned in front of me who was clearly AFK. I'm annoyed because I want to be a traitor and I hadn't been able to do much at all in previous rounds as traitor. So I get in a position by the AFK person and a few seconds after the round starts I RDM him. I didn't think it was a big deal because I'm an asshole sometimes, and went on my merry way. I'm not sure if this also plays into it but soon after I killed a traitor who I suspected of being a traitor. He was suspicious and he pulled out a traitor only weapon, this was only a minute or so into the round and no traitors had been killed so I knew he couldn't have just picked it up off a body or something. Either way soon after I died I was permabanned for RDMing. Now I would understand a day ban or even a week ban if the admin or somebody was really pissed off but a perm ban is in every way unfair. Every way. I had not before purposely RDM'd without reason, and if I did I killed myself or got someone to kill me. Not only that but it was just one person. Whenever others RDM they get a slay and a slap on the hand or a day ban yet I do it and there's NO warning whatsoever. Not a message not an admin whisper or message, nothing at all. Second I'd never even been banned, slayed, or kicked from the server AT ALL. In other words I had no strikes against me, before that round I was a good player, I made sure I slayed if I RDM'd, and there's no past reason to kick me in terms previous bans or kicks. So there you have it, that's why I wish to be unbanned and return to my trouble filled town of terrorists.

It all started during a game of JailBreak. I (As a CT) go through a vent that doesn't have a breakable entrance, it just lets you go through (Not sure what to call it). I see Dope following me through it and when he makes it out I inform him that since he went through a vent I can kill him and proceed to do so. He promptly slays me on the grounds that I freekilled. Unfortunately I didn't save the conversation but essentially his defence for his slay was that CTs can't be anywhere Ts can't be. My response to this was that he COULD come to me, and he DID have access to me otherwise he wouldn't have been able to follow me, it's just that it's a REBEL to do so. He then says "You can't be where ever it's illegal for Ts to be." This is no where in MOTD, this means that armory being restricted to Ts is a violation of MOTD, this means that any CT restricting any area (Ladders to a certain area, certain entrances, etc.) is a violation of MOTD which it isn't. So I tell him this, but he ignores me and just keeps playing. So I tell him to slay himself and keep telling him he's abusing. This leads to him gagging me. I use /me chat to speak over gag, which he then kicks me for "Bypassing gag" which I don't see as a rule in MOTD or in server rules nor have I ever seen anyone else get kicked for bypassing gag. So I come back in and he immediately gags me again. I do the same thing because another admin tells him to ungag me immediately. I hit enter just before he ungags me and I then was banned. It didn't tell me what I was banned for, just that I was banned. The only pic I have to validate any of this is the pic I took of the ban message, so I have no idea if the "proof" is enough to even validate this thread but I'm going to try anyways because this is one case in several where I've experienced abuse personally but I didn't think a division leader would do it. Getting real tired of butthurt admins and mods.

Its part of the reason why lately the warden spot on CT is kind of a hazard zone for most people. A lot of newer people or people who aren't used to CT are deathly afraid of calling warden because they afraid of getting chewed out by the 20-64 people who frequent the server.

I've yet to hear someone complain about MOTD being confusing ESPECIALLY admins/mods. They wouldn't be admins OR mods period if they DIDN'T understand the MOTD. Some of them bend it certain ways, some of them are more strict, but I've yet to see an admin tell me they don't know what a certain rule means or how it should be treated.
