No. Engis would be unbeatable. Dispensers dont give ammo purely because if they did, you could give endless ammo to your sentry. That would be stupid. Not to mention how many engis would end up being in one spot every round.

Swoosh was talking to me on teamspeak while this ban was happening. He verified that abuse of the admin bot was a one day ban, and then he was asking something about racism. (I was zoned out half the time he was talking to me.) He did make sure he did everything right, and Swoosh is such a loving guy, I doubt he called you dumb. Swoosh never called him dumb.

This is a bug. Awhile back, if you teambanned someone, (I assume) it banned them via the server and not via Sourcebans. Your best bet is asking @kbraszzz or @Ohstopyou
