-1 this seems more like a personal dispute. Why did you "have" to be on blue? Nothing was keeping you on blue team at all, unless nobody else had a mic (which by the way is your job to prevent.) Being a moderator does not require you to be on blue, which you said to the guy straight. To me, it looks like the dude is speaking his mind. He never once disrespected you, and he even tried to apologize. (an apology you didn't accept because it was imperfect.) This whole thing looks stupid and I actually agree with a couple of the things he's said. I'm not trying to throw shots here, but this certainly isn't ban-worthy in my opinion. This seems like a very biased ban request.

I appreciate the apology, but I still do not want you unbanned. You're too risky. You change your IP so you can come back, and you actually have about 3 recent perms from @BelloWaldi . I've said this to Bello already, but your friends reflect onto you, and your "friend" changed his name to Egossi, and added me to tell me what a shitty person I was. If you make those type of friends I don't know what to think of you. All you've ever done is troll, and I'm trying not to hold grudges as @Goblins said, however, with the things you've done, I find it hard to believe you've come back to apologize and be a nice, mature person. I wouldn't even be willing to give you a chance, considering your "friend" adding me the other day. Good luck to you, however.

I'm actually gonna +1 this. In the recent bans I did against 4 people, he was the only guy I knew that was there. When he's more active then our current moderators, either he needs to become mod or we need to demote the current moderators. I asked him about how long it went on, and he seemed like he would know what to do in that situation. Glad he was there for it, so he could witness it. So yeah, +1. I will say, however, he has only become active recently and that worries me he may quit and just peace out on us again.

The only reason we'd ban would be to IP ban to make sure he doesn't come on alts. No reason to ban that account as it's VAC banned already.

This bug is VERY annoying. It also blocks your view at sometimes, making it not easy to aim. I definitely think this could be ghosting, but it's just a bug that could be easily fixed (I'm assuming.) For now, we should put a rule in place that if this bug happens to you, you're not allowed to spectate spies. It's kind of a hitler rule, but it'd work until it's fixed.

I'm planning to do a mandatory practice tomorrow (Saturday) from 6-10 EST. Show up any time during then and please practice. Our next map is cp_steel and @Bach mentioned he may play heavy. lol. I've never seen you in any server. It's also worth noting this is a member submission and not a moderator submission. You must be a member of the community before being promoted. If you're just wanting moderator, I suggest you find a new set of servers.

I said I'm not arguing anymore. Like I said, this has been way blown out of proportion and based on the insults that were thrown out from your side, I feel equal punishment is necessary. Bach and I have stayed civilized this entire time while we were called stupid, ignorant, immature, "fucking retarded" and etc. We would receive punishment for what we did to Fasty's channel and you guys would receive punishment for the insults that were thrown out. If you don't find that fair, I'm afraid we will never come to a common ground.
