I spoke with the leader of ICG, who some of you may remember. He is the greatest leader that I've seen in the steel division, and tonight I asked him how to manage myself and 8 others to create a better team. Changes: Mains will be based off of your willingness to learn, not your current skill. This is a mistake I should have seen sooner, and I apologize for that. Codexx told me: a "bad" player willing to learn is better than a "good" player who thinks they're never wrong. This is the policy I am going off of. I am not your boss, I am your servant. Update on this. I had to cancel the scrim due to multiple issues with people's work schedules. I'm going to plan on having one next weekend with the same team. Map review is still Sunday. I'd like all mains and subs there if possible. Let me know if you cant make it. If you are still not on the roster: Message me on Steam and I'll get that fixed for you asap.

Jb was ruined for me by squeakers and salt. If it was old Jb, I'd be on there 24/7. I'll try to hop on more for you. But you can't complain since I haven't seen you reach out to any staff. It's not our job to be on every server 24/7. If you have an issue, call an admin instead of complaining of an issue that you aren't trying to solve.

You can satisfy both parties if you make a rule against using !cptele to escape combat and to camp secret spots. You're making this more difficult than it needs to be. Not everything is solved with plugins. And people are leaving because there's no combat anymore. Just remove the whole Buddha crap and add the cptele and friendly plugins. Keep the maps on a 30 minute rotation with the home map as Utopia (easy surf, great arena.) I'll speak with the DL's later with @metalslug53 and decide what maps to add and remove.

If we're adding !friendly, bring back !cptele as well. If people were using !cptele to get out of combat, they'll just use !friendly if they don't want to fight. @Ohstopyou @metalslug53 Please don't make drastic changes to the servers before asking everyone first. If it weren't for Egossi, Whyte, me, and a few others, surf wouldn't even be populated.
