-1 from all upper staff members? Disregarding Matsi and Darkwolf's vouches i saw 2 -1's and a 0 from a CoLeader, as well as a +1 from an Admin. I don't really see the "overwhelming" support for the ban to stick and not be reduced.

Was banned without warning for 1 week for "trolling/freekilling" by matsi, we were playfully jousting each other and apparently I went to fur by calling him a "furryfaggot" +4 times
 
Appealing because I was not warned that I would be banned for a week if I continued my "trolling" as matsi called it. I was not trolling, just playfully jousting as friends do, but I get that it was hard for matsi to understand this form of humor as he does not have any friends.

This might be one of the single most biased judgments i've seen in my days lurking xg forums.

^ Honestly, if you get offended from being called a furfag; after you model your internet persona on half human/half animal whatever the fuck it is. still should have given a warning, imo lower the ban to a day or two because of your mistake. He shouldn't be unbanned though.

You've been warned by myself and multiple other admins with verbal warnings, gags/mutes, kicks, god know what else..... in the past many many many maaaaaaaaany times to quit with the "insulting" trolling against me and some other members.... I felt you weren't going to learn since all you do is talk shit until you finally get kicked/banned from the server for a few hours only to come back and continue. You also decided to freekill me every round while you talked crap... and I beleive you know better than to intentionally freekill... and don't think you should get away with a slight punishment that would only let you come back and continue the next day.
 
Even after I ban you, you come to the forums and have the same sort of shit in your OP.... that should get you far.

Well considering you have a -1 from all CS:S Staff Members, as well as input from a Co-Leader, I'll just go ahead and deny this.

I've been thinking about this for a long time to come.
 
Sometimes, I've questions the actions of many inside of xenogamers. There's the unnecessary drama unfolding between "members" of the same community. We're supposed to be a community. And instead, there's constant quarrels and qualms almost daily, from minimum interaction. There's admins who hardly play, and remained promoted, while there's certain others who are on every day and don't get a slice of recognition. I've been guilty of all this in the past, which is why I feel I need to do something. I resign.
 
Strange? Well, not really. I've been thinking of leaving for the past 6 months now, because I need to focus on my student career and not my online gaming. I've brought an entire division up from the ground at a time when we only had a single server opened. Now, it's one of the most powerful and popular division in all of xenogamers. The countless hours I spent attempting to convert skins into models, trouble-shooting and problem solving. It taught more about myself than I could have learned from getting a job or failing a class.
 
Certain others I've clashed with, whom will not be named, please understand that I meant no harm. I understand your anger, and sometimes you need to realize that certain personalities simply do not mix. I apologize for whatever I've done to completely and utterly make your so volatile against any of my actions, and I sincerely hope for forgiveness.
