Well gee, if you uhh, took the time to look at a few of our Member Submissions, uhh.. You'd probably notice this little thing that's been going on lately.. It's actually kinda funny because NO ONE. IS GIVING. LEGITIMATE. FUCKING. REASONINGS. Implementing this sort of idea is just going to raise the amount of dumbasses incapable of giving their opinion. I guess somewhere down the line, people started thinking being "cool" was enough to be in xG. And it caught on. A lot. So much that almost every god damn person applying is suddenly a Coooool guy. You want to know why people are getting in so easily? It's because of derps like this mo' fuckah: "HEZ COOL GUY. GR8 WARDENING SKILLZ. FUNNY AND ACTIVE" That makes getting in xG so damn easy. The real problem is actually quite simple. Everyone is too god damn lazy to come up with something that is either meaningful or unique to that person who wants to be a part of XenoGamers. If anyone actually took the time to look at our Member Submission guidelines, they would see this nifty little quote here, said by our beloved Leader; Wait a minute! Now that I look at that, I'm starting to think some asshole decided to say to him/herself; "Hey! That's a great idea! Instead of Not including those things, I'm going to say that!" So, before you guys hit that button that says "Quick Reply" or "Send" or whatever the hell it is, too lazy to check.. How about showing a little decency to give the applicant an idea of what YOU think of them. With the amount of people saying he's cool, it's bound to happen that we're going to get an egotistical asshat who thinks they're all that because everyone said he was Cool on his Member Submission. Tell us why this person Deserves to be in xG. Why is this person so great. Do they bring a sense of fun with them to the server? Are they a talkative person? Is their name Doug, and if so are they proud of it? Just do us all a favour and provide a LITTLE bit more then just "Hes cool" or "Hes great". Tell you what, if you can't even do just that.. DON'T. Fairly sure that the biggest problem is your lack of common sense and abundance of immaturity. If you're leaving your cell at any point, then it's safe to say you are rebelling. Why should it matter if it's coming out of ISO or any other cell in specific, you're still out of your cell when the order is given. Adding any sort of rule implying any Ts out of their cell is a rebel will change the game too much for a problem that RARELY or OCCASIONALLY happens.

+1, any member who was banned for being in WD may be unbanned and play on our servers, just be aware not to wear any WD tags of any sort in the servers, as this may cause confusion. Nooooope. You should be thankful, before it wasn't established, CTs were allowed to go "rebel hunt" without permission from the Warden, so while you were rebelling, a CT would pop the fuck out of nowhere and cap yo ass. At least now you know when a CT is looking for ya.

Jake only has a brief history of 'faggotry' in the bans (Mostly him, and one count from Poncher upon request) with the only legitimate CT ban being for a day. As stated above, he did a great job as admin and although he derped this, everyone deserves a second chance. Seems genuinely sorry about it, and has not received any negative vouches for what he did, so i'm sure the community feels it is acceptable for an unban (also has a positive vouch from the Staff Member who issued the ban). #Accepted and #Closed Thou hast been unbanned-eth, however... I mentioned all of the Higher-Ups of the CS:S Division as well as Chrono because he is the current Div of CS:GO, which is pretty much an extension of our CS:S As I said in my previous post, it shouldn't be practiced because it's a terrible and impractical idea anyways. If Warriors already discussed this with the Co-leads, then there's your answer.

Any takers? @@Chrono already pointed out that there would be too much confusion with my version of a Competition, even if it just meant admin team swapping every round. I knew it was flawed from the beginning, but I was hoping on trying something new. Feel free to take charge of making any Competitions via GunGame, Awps, Scrim. Could even include other servers so long as it doesn't interfere with the server rotation of Community Night/Day. What we don't want to do is have them on the same dates, as this would create tension on players who want to participate in one, as well as the other

The problem with this is that it isn't a Team effort!

During the day that is has been established, Staff Members will have permission to swapteam anyone who is not a part of the Team in that period of time. In case it's too difficult to understand, the CT Team Must Win The Round! It doesn't matter whether or not it's through Last CT, so long as it says CTs win the round, then you win a round! The amount of players per team has still yet to come up, but I will also point out that the Grand Prize will be divided amongst the Team! What does this mean? It means that the more players you have on your team, the more amount of credits you'll have to share! As an Example: >Grandprize = 25,000 Credits Team of 5 Distribution = 5,000 Credits each Or Team of 8 Distribution = 3,125 Credits each As you can see, depending on the amount of players you want on your team, it will affect how many creds you receive in the end! If you and your buds think you can manage 30+ Ts with only 5 of you, you'll receive far more credits then you would with more people, but this will also increase the difficulty! Understand?
