Provided that the clip only demonstrates one instance of freekilling, I don't think a permanent CT ban could stick with this guy like Lithium said. At the most it would be a CT ban for a week, though that's entirely up to the CS:GO Higher-Ups.
 
For future reference, your evidence/proof should provide support for your claims. In this particular instance the only thing that is proven here is that he freekilled once which in itself isn't substantial enough for what I assume you'd like to be a permanent CT ban. Unfortunately, because the recording doesn't demonstrate anything other than the freekilling (such as killing during LR, freekilling over the course of 8 rounds, and favoritism [in the form of consecutive freedays]) and because it was just one freekill, anything more than a week wouldn't be justified.
 
+1 to administer a CT ban to the offending player for blatant freekilling [maximum of a week] at the beginning of the round. (Didn't see Lithium post till now)

^ Agreed 100%. It's always great to see our players lending a helping hand whenever there are freekillers on, and it certainly demonstrates a very responsible player. I commend you for your actions!
 
As mentioned by others, so long as the content is viewable without having to download second party software or anything, it really doesn't matter what you choose to record with. For ease of access, YouTube is the best alternative since it does not require the viewer to be ingame to view the clip, but aside from that demos are also fine.

Youtube videos are fine, they're easier for us to watch. just be sure they have enough context + we can tell who the player is for sure in it.
Also, thank you for posting so many ban requests, it's very helpful for us when we don't have much staff on and people are busy with other things.

By all means it isn't something that's horrendous, I just thought it'd be neat to have a monthly(?) swap-out for the cover photo of xG Member's own creations. After all, it's a social site and it would be pretty neat to have xG's own submissions made public.
 
As for the whole contest aspect of it, that's only to provide a little incentive is all, nothing huge. The main driver is to just have a rotation of Coverphotos that are made by Members of XenoGamers

I feel like the only substantial change would be the colour scheme, seeing as how it isn't exactly representative of xG's "colours" if you know what I mean. But, major points to anyone who can think outside the box and go a different route aside from the conventional collage of well-known video game icons. On the Jailbreak server during the knife fight Last Request choice, when you press 3 for Meep Meep Mode you dont get Meep Meep Mode and when you press 4 for 3rd person mode you get Meep Meep Mode. This is a bug I have noticed just noticed recently and it would be greatly appreciated if it was fixed. ;)

on second review of thee video, theres an immediate disconnect after the mass, I highly doubt your "brother" was intentional enough to just mass and immediately leave like that-
 
Changing team ban to permanent, you will still be able to play as a T. Give it some time, at least 30 days, and make a new protest

All looks too convenient to me so you'll have to pardon my skepticism. We've had the whole "oh, my brother went on and massed" story countless times, hell we've even had a Staff Member tell us that his cat slayed everyone, so it's a very unlikely story. That being said, I just want to point out the following things that, as mentioned earlier, seem far too convenient.
 
1. Grant and Fentoo are friends on Steam; it is far more likely that they were just shit-disturbing than it is that they're two harmless friends having a good time, especially given that Fentoo joined in on the freekilling right near the end and was following Grant around.
 
2. Offending player's brother thought it would be funny to mass freekill or just kill all of the Ts. Simple enough, but it's odd that he would go to the trouble of disconnecting from the Server moments after. Wouldn't it be obvious that he tampered with your account? It would make more sense for him to mass freekill, and then leave it logged in.
 
3. It is so incredibly easy to lie about this stuff, especially when it's all based off of the evidence provided. Anyone could make up a story when we (the 'jury', so to speak) are unable to see his actions off screen.
 
Just my two cents. Don't think he should be unbanned from CT at the least.

What @Forest said is pretty accurate but idk if preordering is all that worth it, you dont get any bonuses and you might not enjoy it, but the only thing im pre ordering this year is deus ex mankind divided. i know im gonna enjoy the story at the very least. so i'd say check out beta coverage and see if you think you might enjoy it but to say it again its probly best to have friends to play it with cause the darkzone is gonna be a bitch other wise

Simple I consider is part of soccer if higher staff say it is not then so be it. I wait for higher staff answer to the potion and take any punishment if it is to be dealt as well as any corrective manner if needs to be taken. I simply asked rabid to get any higher staff to let me know and I will take the right action and punishment that goes with it, which was not done. I'm not a child and I don't advocate for the way rabid went about it in the chat during game and the manner he showed. I am however pleased he did listen and filed a report since he had an issue which should be done in any case if a member has a problem for the way I handle myself or any other staff member.
