I could probably 15 people to agree that Origins is over his head.

You need real proof, the pictures you posted don't show anything except for ban reasons that could be perfectly valid given the right context.

1. MOTD should be buffed up. Add descriptions for more days, add some rules like the mature voice only stuffs so people can stop complaining about "Squeakers" and we can move on with our lives.
2. People read motd, learn it, understand it. If you don't understand something ASK. If you aren't clear on something ASK. It seems like every day I see people arguing over things that are on MOTD that they still do not seem to know. It really is not that hard to figure out but if it is for whatever reason be it wording, lack of clarity, or you're high when reading it just ASK someone. If you have to argue over it, then something isn't right. If you haven't read it, it is quite clear so just do it. A lot. Please. Or at least more. What else are you going to do when sitting in the dead chat constantly?
3. Disrespect needs to stop. Seriously. I'm all for calling each other autistic and hating on ponies but there's a fine line from joking and disrespect. (Okay maybe not a FINE line.) Regardless, people need to watch themselves. Today alone I was called idiot, stupid, etc. I saw spam in chat constantly calling warden faggot and people just do not seem to know how to deal with one another like people. I have infinite more respect for the child being warden, then any xG member spamming "omg pass squeaker" in chat. I have been more annoyed by disrespect in recent days than anything.. If you're really mad, having a bad day, or just plain grumpy stay off chat and mic. I've come in a few times completely seething while playing but I don't just take it out on people on the server. Hold your goddamn tongues you explicit fothermuckers.
4. Mods/Admins and Up - Abuse is never appreciated. Ever. You were given powers for a reason. You do not have the power to dictate when you do or do not want to enforce the rules. Enforce them fairly, equally, and reasonably.
5. Members, votekick/ban/mute/etc. isn't a "I'm mad that I got killed" command. REMEMBER that and REMIND non-members who are new and who frequent the server. It rarely ever happens, but I'm tired of seeing some votekicks rack up from people killing REDs (Typically not freekilling) as Blu when that's the point of Jailbreak. I myself had like half the necessary votekicks because I was doing what wardens do, kill off the reds. Blus want Reds dead. Deal with it.
6. This is really nothing more than my opinion and mostly generated from the past two weeks I've been frequenting the server. No one is human, I myself am possibly guilty of some of the issues I've addressed and you bet I am not nearly always right about the rules but really I think motd needs a large update that adds some much needed rules (LIke some map rules I did not know nor see on motd) and I am quite possibly overreacting but I am quite possibly not as well this is just what I THINK. Not how it actually might BE.
7. I AM the ONLY Dictator. Any other impostors are, in fact, impostors.

I was just messing around take a damn joke you don't like me oh well. Well guess what I don't like you either I'm not disrespect a mod because you are a human being. You aren't higher than me other then online. If this is disrespect which it shouldn't be when you are talking down to me.

It has come to our attention that a group of some of our tf2 mods and members came on to the SNG jailbreak server and started spamming,
calling everyone fags. Proof here Logs - Pastebin.com
Whether they mean't to offend SNG or not it's still unacceptable.
 
Members facing a demotion to "Member" Status (If they had more than member):

- Nora

Users who will not be accepted to XenoGamers due to this:
- Fenrir The Wolf

These members are at risk to being expelled from XenoGamers as a whole. This behaviour will not be tolerated at all. If anyone else if found behaving like these depicted here, you will face similar consequences.

To both of these. No. I dealt with SNG respectfully, and that's dealt with. This is to show everyone in TF2 that we will not accept it. We will show everybody who did what, when, and how, to set an example out of them.

We (myself and @SpeedOfFreedom) asked you to stop like nine times. You said the word every time you spoke in voice chat and in text chat and you were doing this (to apparently) annoy one of our other mods. You also started spamming it in chat and getting other people to join in on the spam. So I would guess that in your book this equation is in it: ignoring mods + spamming chat + being annoying in general = I'm a funny cool guy™
Also it's still the same jailbreak just with some rules updated and if you don't like the new rules well then deal with it :coffee:

2. Freeshooting (on Freeday) - He freeshot on freeday obviously it was intentional, he was laughing "mwahahaha" while he did it and had his minigun to try to mow down the reds

We're talking about how to deal with a mass influx of people that come on when there staff is rarely on and also having to deal with a population in which some people that might not understand English. That was the main concern brought up, and I honestly believe promoting people doesn't solve anything in this situation.

EDIT: I meant to refer to the lesser known servers such as Trade History. I know that the division itself has a lot of attention.
 
It seems like the TF2 division is getting very little attention. It has been brought to my attention multiple times and with Muffin leaving and only having 1 Division Leader, I have come up with one conclusion.
 
The structure is decaying.
 
We need to give this division more attention, I really could care less if it is a F2P game. It doesn't matter. This game has made it's mark in the video game world, and the label F2P should have no influence on its originality. I digress.
 
We need to seriously start giving the division the proper attention that it deserves. It seems like only 1 staff member truely cares about this division and that is an issue we need to fix.
 
There are multiple problems with the servers that we need to take into consideration and they are listed but not limited to:

Broken plugins
Broken maps
Unfitting aspects
Obnoxious plugins
Minimal staff

This is just the notable of many issues regarding to the TF2 division and we need to take action so that the division can only get stronger. If anyone owns Steam, then they have played TF2 at least once. This game isn't just a self-governed division, it needs to BE governed if ANYTHING. This division seems to be the one that gets the least attention.
 
There are many things that us as a clan can do to fix these problems. Many are listed but not limited to:

Hiring more Staff
Promoting more Division leaders that KNOW TF2 inside AND out.
Get rid of corrupted staff
Do a complete clean-up of all servers and restore them to their former glory.

This is just some of many things we can do to help restore the TF2 servers. I am amazed at how huge this division is. Because this division is of an F2P game, it is the biggest division. This means that it should be given the most attention to or it can end harshly.
