+1 for all the above reasons, the only thing I don't like and it's not just you but eeeeeeeeverybody who does it. Try and explain the rules in a very... very... fucking long and annoyance way...which takes a min to say but could be done in 3 secs.

1. You're not doing your job as a staff.
2. You don't really care what happens as long as your staff.
3. You're tabbed out because you don't wanna get involved in what's happening in the game.
If any of the above three reasons is what is happening; (90% of the staff I was mentioning about) (Don't wanna give names to the public, only for Darkwolf because then all of you will be immature about it) then please get off rankings and let people who actually care do it.

Ive really never understood the reason why we can't shoot Ts that are visible from the warday area. You know where you can be seen, so don't run into those areas.

If this whole situation was loosely based around jokes among friends (with the exclusion of kona) then I don't see the need to raise the ban time. Silence did not take offence either, so if what I've gathered is correct, it's that kona was the only one to take offence. With that being the case, if the attitude from @@Hex2 continues, then further punishment will be dealt. However; at this point I honestly don't see why his ban time should be increased. @@kona309 if he continues to harass you or disrespect you, then let me know or post a thread regarding it. This will be his one and only warning. On another unrelated note, I'm hoping our CS:S Division picks up on their activity, because this is starting to get annoying.

How are you trying to help Kona? you are telling him how he is a shit mod and doesn't do anything, if anyone's brain isn't straight it's yours. You clearly do think you are better than everyone because you always comment on other people's performance, thinking they are a shit mod or they don't do they're job, yet when you were mod you didn't do much. We have had this damn discussion before rainbow and clearly that didn't get through your skull. Also How in the holy hell acting as if i'm better than anyone? Good Things - You use your mic and call warden a lot. You're very active on our servers.
 
Improvement - From what I have seen you have improved using your voice. What I mean by this is that you call warden so no invalid freedays happy. You're voice isn't also a squeaker which is good from a 14 year old too.
 
Things to improve - You should read the motd maybe just not once and maybe twice so you fully understand everything. I have seen you tarp a lot before 5. Even if no one gets killed and the tarp wouldn't matter because no one died, tarping before 5 is still tarping before 5. If you don't read the rules and you major tarp by accident, then you could not only get someone else perm banned but you could get banned to for the tarp.

This is not a forever goodbye. I have made many, many friends here. However, I am going to be going inactive, very...very inactive. I might be moving soon and I also may be getting a job. I'm also going to be taking a much larger course load in college next semester so I will have virtually 0 time to play.
 
I don't want to leave, but this is me stepping down to member. I may be back in the future who knows. If things work out then I certainly will be.

Going off of what John said, Most of you xG members (and a whole lot of you shit staff) are so fucking immature that I don't even wan't to play on Css that much anymore. Most of you guys disrespect him 24/7 calling him fat. Very ashamed in all of you.
Jubens is very active and it wouldn't matter if you either find him annoying for his voice, or find him annoying because he talks to much.
He calls warden a lot because most people (like myself) are too shy or just to dumb to do it.
Jubens doesn't really cause any problems on the server, all of you just hate on him to much and that's what causes the problem.
The whole thing with the Gx, why wouldn't he do it. He loves to play on our servers and really want's in. It's reasonable to do something like that and making a fake clan name relevant to xG for the purpose of hoping to get into xG.
