I guess I'm confused because you mentioned the server getting filled but then say you only want to make it move people to spectate, which doesn't seem to solve the full server issue....

If you're going to disable it for everyone.... why are you adding the plugin....? O.o am I missing something here?

Well if you're going to add it at least set admin immunity so we don't get kicked while eatching the server in spectate, which is what I do sometimes... ;)

I don't think there's any reason to add this plugin... the servers rarely get filled with afking people and when they do just ask a staff to kick them. I never liked that plugin because if you'd go spectate to observe a rule breaker you'd get kicked in like 30 seconds.

Um.... Is there something that prevents you from making friends without being staff? Because if so, they're only befriending you because you're staff and they want to suck up to you... those aren't good friends. It's possible to have fun without being staff and if the only reason you'd play on the servers is because you have powers then I'd -1... Also, the last few times you've "come back" you got mod and then resigned again within weeks... you should figure out whether or not moderating is something you want to do/have time to do or not.

If you think a melee demoman is useless you need to play more jb. I don't see why "it's easy to freekill with" is a valid reason to have it banned... if people freekill with it they get banned... simple enough. It's like disabling sprays because people can spray porn.

How can you easily avoid gags/mutes?

I was just thinking.... people are being banned for saying things in chat or voice or whatever and that made me come up with this. Instead of banning someone from the server couldn't we just gag/mute them for the duration that they would have instead been banned for. Wouldn't that have the same effect in resolving the issue?

I feel like it would be easier to mass with a Pyro or heavy than with a demo so I am not sure I follow the logic there... as for usefulness they could have a zatochi and wreck face :P

So... I think we should modify the restricted class demoman so that you can be demoman on blue with melee and shield and either a parachute or some cute lil booties! Is it possible to restrict the other weapons very bannedweapons and make it only affect blue demomans? Is there any other way to do this other than the honor system? What are your thoughts?!

It could... you could also make sure all your drivers and shit are up to date.

If they are playing regularly surely they are just fine playing the game how it is. If they cared enough to voice their opinions they should make a forum account and do so....

Limit it to 3 and remove blitzkrieg so the wall climbing glitch doesn't activate and they won't be able to get to lame ledges anymore... it's a dumb boss and I literally have to sometimes make a wordpad to keep track of all the people that only play as it...

I wouldn't mind a limit on snipers, and spies for that matter... but if you start removing all the things that make xG's vsh different from all the others there won't be any incentive to join it over others.... I suggest maybe considering removing blitzkrieg so that the sniper wall climbing isn't a thing... Also, reflecting homing arrows/rockets is perfectly ok to do @Diamonde it's not the same as USING homing arrows and if you weren't meant to be able to airblast then the hale would have a different flamethrower that doesn't airblast.

Homing arrows are by far not the most broken thing in ff2.... spies deal as much damage as an arrow with a shot, more if it's 50cal or a heads hot plus they are nearly impossible to kill unless you rage them or burn them so you can finish them off while they are invis... Soldiers can Homing rocket which is pretty good especially when you get [email protected]. Hyper heavies and 520 scouts are difficult to catch or sometime impossible depending on which hale you get. Demos can charge infinitely Engineers can stun lock hale so he can't have weapons I don't see a reason to remove homing arrows just because you don't like them or because you prefer a rifle which requires even less skill than a bow does.
