Players who leave XenoGamers for the following reasons are eligible to re-join the clan within a maximum of two weeks. Any Member Submissions posted afterwards will be automatically rejected. (Any other form of leaving is eligible to re-apply at any time)
1. Joining a new clan/community
2. Joining in on a "Bandwagon"
3. Leaving under the assumption that xG is "dying" or anything related

The problem with making exceptions is that people use those to get leverage when their friends want to come back in. People have many personal reasons, or sometimes just want to get away from gaming for a while and think its best to leave the clan. Why punish those people who find getting away for a while is a better option than just outright going inactive.
Its either got to be a very strict rule: You leave, you cannot rejoin.. or you can't have one at all. It doesnt make sense to make all of these rules and exceptions to something like this, it will just spark arguments down the road.

That reason is used a lot, It's basically for rules that we don't want to explain but we know are bannable (It's not a big deal), Or the reason is too long. I'd assume either the rebel didn't pick the gun up (if it really was a map gun) and had his own, or it was for another reason in the past just before it. We still don't know exactly why he was banned. But i think it's fine.
