He is allowed to join under normal conditions as any other player wanting to join, I don't see why it should be any different. He broke a rule, just as many other people have who either were in xG or joined xG at a later date

We're going to include a referral system of member submissions. Where once a member gets accepted, they receive forum HUB credits. We need all DL/DM/CLs on the regulations of it. If someone on a PC can tag them all, I'm on mobile and can't check all of them.

 

My initial plan is:

Member creates a submission -> gets accepted -> referrer gets 2,000 credits. In that order

If ur going to do that you should probably add a "referred by" section to the member apps

Clarified returning member submissions require 20 vouches, no matter the reason they left

Removed requirement of registering on TS under member app guidelines

I would say stick with the champs that cost 450 ip until you get the hang of the game (i.e annie mid, ashe adc, garen top, warwick jg) but avoid jg until you 1. have smite 2. have the runes/masteries to jg

The just cause server is probably not the best idea in the situation we're right now. As for the WoW division, just start it yourself. Back when a bunch of us played c9 we made a guild for xG and anyone we knew that was playing would join, I think we still have rooms for WoW on TS too

@Bleed is probably one of the best examples I can think of trying to improve xG with all the work he puts into bettering our servers (even if he won't tell me what exactly it is). I do want to say that I do want to go through all these old rules and stickied threads and update them (refer to my post on rabid's thread about hiding).

Now that I'm home I can go into detail.

This may make some of you think I'm being stupid, but I'm just being rational. Rabid is right in this case. Has rabid trolled before? Sure he has, but that doesn't make everything he does trolling. I, for one, will annoy someone in TS (@Bleed ), but that doesn't mean I will always join TS simply to annoy someone. Sometimes I simply want to hang out and play league, other times I have something in mind to talk about. That is all rabid is doing. He brought up a valid point that we have been completely ignoring, the teamspeak rules. According to the forums, those rules were made over a year ago (but i think it may have been more than that). What does that make them? Outdated. What must been done to solve the issue? Update the rules. Simple as that. How the rules are updated is a separate matter, but that is the best solution I see to this problem.

Now that we know rabid is right, that's one problem taken care of.

Being right does not give anyone the right to attack someone else in any form, as was seen on the last few threads. That goes to everyone, not just rabid, that includes hiding, that includes warrior, that includes anyone that posts on the forums. There is absolutely NO reason to be at each other's throats. Have a problem with someone in particular? Talk it over in private, don't make it everyone's problem.

There are rules against loli's, but its just our "opinion". It's like saying im going to change my signature to some nude girl and say oh she isn't naked that's my opinion, you cant do anything about it.

Ok, so far I see you are confused on the promo demo process. CLs do not create the lists, the lists are given to us and we approve of them. Following that train of thought, we did not approve of starmix because we like him more, most of the cls either have met him once or never, so that's not exactly favoritism. As for the clan management and such, (and i know im beating a dead horse, but im still angry about it) nom himself has made his fair share of mistakes, pretty big ones, that he got away with, so i don't think thats exactly ideal for running a community ( the thread im referring to Nomulous - Team Fortress 2 | Xeno Gamers )

And for the issue of the punishments themselves, harassment isn't exactly the best thing to be taken lightly as it can lead to much worse things, so a punishment was in order, not a simple "I've talked to x and he promised never to do it again" as for you not be promoted, the anger you display to us cls shows us that you have not calmed down from the event, and leads us to believe that you haven't "cooled off" yet, and need a bit more time, and your constant disrespect towards us doesn't exactly help your cause. And lastly if you had forgiven moosty, or anyone else for that matter, why make a thread calling for punishment if you didn't want x to be punished anyway?
