Yeah, I'll discuss the paid moderator status later with @Hidingmaster. But I'm giving this a -1, not because you lied. But if any-one mass freekilled once and got unbanned, only to mass freekill yet again. I'd keep them banned. Let alone adding the /stupidest/ lie I've ever heard. Most of the higher up's (CL's included) have expressed their opinion on this ban protest or the last one. Their opinions have all been the same on this matter. ~Denied and closed.

I was ct banned and lied to get unbanned, in my last ban protest I believe most of the people where -1ing based on the content of my lie and not the lying itself. I would like to believe I am a much better person that I was a year ago, or whenever that happened, because I was a real shitty person (and a little messed up in the head). I really would like to be unbanned because I genuinely want this server to be the absolute best it can be, and be active for a long time more. Since the ads have been added we lost a lot of our non-member-regulars, and so when the members aren't on, and its just the few irregulars that don't know the rules, then there is no one to warden, then they don't have a good time and don't come back. Its really not helping anything keeping me ct banned. I am truly sorry for how shitty of a person I was.

As you've most likely noticed, we have ads on our servers. And to the most part, I can see the point of them for the clan. We need money, servers cost money, and the site isn't cheap to keep up. I understand that. But I'm just wondering if donators can somehow bypass it like our moderators/admins/ect. are set up to do so. I'm not a coder, so I'm unaware if you could manage doing this under someone's server group and if it's under 'custom (6).' But, if the purpose of these ads are to generate profit, I know many people are interested in skipping the ads. I believe offering this to donators (staff still, obviously) would probably interest more people into donating to our servers. Just a suggestion. ;)

Come on tim there was 3 people on the server...If it made u mad enough to record it and make a ban request why did u tell him to stop at any of the times he killed you? I know it still doesn't make it right but come on dont have to be get him banned for messing around when their wasnt enough people are on to even have a point to warden. Id be more on your side if u would of at least told him to stop at least once. -1 for perm.

Ello, you were banned by the moderator @kbshooter2. I was the admin on during this, so I'll keep this reply short and sweet.
You said "Face your cell then gun check freeze." and to truly know how this order should be done, we will refer to our server's terminology. To quote our motd, it says:
 
Guncheck Freeze*: This is an AFK freeze performed immediately at directly outside cells. Unless stated otherwise it is implied to face AWAY from cells.
 
This being this, if you state "Take a step out of your cell, face your cell, and guncheck freeze," the T's should not and will not turn around to face away. If you merely said "take a step out and guncheck freeze" it is implied to face away. But you said to face your cells, stating otherwise.
 
Concerning @dutchy666, he does this same order but suspects the T's to face their cells and remain afk frozen. Any other questions, feel free to ask.

Thats pretty fucked up you would lie about your mom dieing just for something little as getting unbanned from a game. -1 frankly i think u shouldnt even be part of xG for making a pathetic lie like that let alone have admin powers.

First things first, he actually is already banned, this section is called "ban protest" for a reason. The reason for his unban is totally invalid anyways, and shouldn't have led to his unban in any situation. It's been made clear many times in the past that if you are having emotional problems that might cause you to make decisions you're going to regret later, don't get on the server. It wouldn't have mattered even if his mom had actually died, emotional distress is not a valid excuse for breaking rules or abuse of powers. However, since his story has been proven to be untrue (which was the entire reason why he was unbanned in the first place) so his reban was completely justified. The fact that he lied to the entire community (not just staff, look at his first ban protest) with such a horrific and demented story, saying "Why would I lie about my mom dying?" with the sole purpose of manipulating our emotions into feeling sorry for him and allowing him to get unbanned is both incredibly immature and disturbing. I honestly don't know how anyone could possibly defend his actions.
