It would require TF2_Server -(packet)> server -(packet)> bot -(message)> user. As well, it would be impossible for making a socks program in SourceMod, meaning this would require a TF2_Server updated a MySQL post and a PHP RCON job to check for new MySQL reports, then sending a packet to a C# server running the bot to PM a specific users ID if they have it on their friends list. That, which would kill a webserver OR make 15 bots to idle in each server to send a command to a master bot to send it to users, so 16 accounts in total, though I don't know if there's a bot that can idle in game. So not only do I think this second method is most likely impossible, unless you run 15 versions of TF2 and make an injection into each to read the chat and parse it, this would use a ton of resources and risk getting VAC'd since you're injecting non-official code into TF2.

Problems: 1) Requires intensive set up and maintenance 2) Every mod/admin needs to have a special windows client running (which will give you messages on reports) 3) Ability to be misused by people saying !admin or !mod for no reason and I've seen people banned immediately for misusing it, which I don't want to see happen here. 4) Undercover is almost impossible to be.

Well when a member is accepted, they're usually changed from "guest" to "member", so that's there. We can discuss about it, I was thinking about it but it's difficult to come up with a solution whilst keeping us a mature clan.

That would be useful, but keeping track of who applied to use it and who got promoted would be difficult. Possibly they have to make a thread that they want to be part of xG, but we used to ban people who used the tag without getting accept or applied

One issue that I've noticed with TF2 is people finding this website difficult to navigate. So silence and I are working on fixing small things for guests of the site to figure out how to sign up. Though on top of that, the current rule of 10+ vouches to be accepted into xG is difficult too, a brand new player might like our servers and want to sign up, but people won't have enough friends to get accepted. Due to this, they are more inclined to join a public tagged clan to feel included to them. For this issue I haven't figured out how to fix it, since we've ran on the vouch system since forever

and @Legend Discuss with your CSS DM and DL to talk about removing it. As a DL of TF2, after discussion with Silence, we have decided we can remove pinion for TF2. I won't remove it on other divisions as it is not my control.

The ONE exploit we had on our website was our careless mistake, nothing was broken though. Though the only virus I assume is just an MM:S injection or a binded sound file, when once executed on servers also infects the users due to a binded file. I could investigate in this.

There is a very low possibility of getting a virus from downloading files, but rather a hidden MOTD opener to a zero day exploit website. This would cause more issues, though a plugin that downloads files, spoofing the ending, and executing the malicious file is very odd and would require potentially a MM:S plugin. Which would just want to exec and inject into TF2, so if anything, the "virus" is a code injection into TF2 while force downloads a malicious file and executes it. Even though this is unlikely, I do not participate in malicious activities, so our TF2 servers are safe to download any custom files. Though if you're worried about 0-day exploits, turn off your internet since just browsing on websites can get you infected with a ring3 rootkit virus.

The rules aren't set in stone, but since you're working with Scoot, I trust him to come up with appropriate rules to can edit in.

I agree with the current ideas, if anything Cold can add a death wall if you try to noclip into a spy crab room without using the door. As for MM, I believe it'll need to be admin+ or a very trusted mod. I'm sure our admins, kbraszz and myself are able to MM these trades
