Yes you can use public channels. If you would like for a donation of 25$ you can PURCHASE your own TeamSpeak Channel within our server. This will be your own channel that you will run and own, no member of XenoGamers will have the right to interfere with the channel. As well, you can add as many sub channels as you may. I read this initially and then didn't stay up to date on this. In all reality, the owner of the main COMMUNITY channel is in charge. If there's any issues you need to bring it up with the channel owner. Silence and myself talked about how community rooms work, and it's not in our control. Nobody can modify or punish people's behaviour for a community channel. If it's an official channel, it's different. The only time any of us higher ups can intervene is when there's kick/ban/command abuse that shouldn't happen.

Getting tagged here and if this is accusing me of my scammer tag, then I could agree some punishment should be in place. In my own defense, I have resolved and calmed down my scammer tag by building a trust within this community. As well my scammer tag was beyond a year ago, I talked with the owner of SourceOP to discuss my scammer tag and he believes that I've changed now, but he won't change my tag due to that being set as a precedent for future tags. He doesn't want to take the risk of anything. I have built my own trust with people, and @Rhododendron and I have loan lump sums of money from each other and he can trust me with it. Ergo, my own personal standpoint of this. He should have a tag that shows he's a high risk trader and to trade under caution. So he could potentially build up trust within this community, you can't just say someone leaving jail for murder will murder someone immediately. People change, and if we can set this precedent where people can have a chance or retribution in this clan, they should. I know I have, Brian could've easily banned me, and other DM/DLs when they found out about my tag and I became a moderator. They didn't, which is good for me. That's my $0.02. EDIT: I know this is thousands of dollars and mine was barely hundreds. Though I'm saying this to set a precedent for any future issues like myself.

I'm busy for the next couple weeks (which some people know), and what I told Kbraszz and Ohstopyou is to use a SM jailbreak plugin as a holder while I get this stuff back together. I have to learn what SourceMod changed in functions and calling server variables and what extensions are used now. I haven't been up to date recently so I'm trying as fast as I can. @silence the stuff in the SVN (source) would be the best to use to try and update for now, would make the best sense, I'll upload LCT later. Honestly I'd never ever figure out that being in my last year of highschool for the last month would be this busy. It's hectic, but my summer is free.

Because some people understand what they've done and will deal with it accordingly. Other players will use some puppets/secrets they know to gain control over others, and do anything to get what they want. That's just my view on this, people have immediate change of hearts. If we have to be fair and democratic and stuff, Iggy should have a reduced ban as well.

Ehh, what you've done in the past and who you are isn't much of an issue. In my own experience you've had your fair share at picking at me and I just laughed it off and grew off of it. It would be a shame if you got banned again because I enjoyed reading some of your posts (of course if it's within context and not just bm'ing everyone everywhere). Who you are is who you are, quite literally if someone doesn't get along with you they just choose to not hang around you and that's what should happen. Just don't mess up again next time :']

It's a shame that such drastic measures have been done, but everything is for the better and future of the clan. Everyone else should be advised that we have a set of rules in place and everyone is to follow them exactly and there will be no favoritism whatsoever.

Reading all of this there actually is no direct evidence other than written down personal accounts of what would've happened. The logs are "clean", no fishy commands were issued. Unless the white list is broken or there are people OP's and it bypasses the whitelist, only a few people should be able to access the server. There is evidence of destruction but no proof of who. For this situation. I see two possibities (I agree with them breaking some servers for fun, it's why @kbraszzz and I didn't add it earlier). Either add it to the RTD effect rotation, or make it a donator command; or remove it entirely. Just my two quick cents.
