If there's really a demand for this, [uSERGROUP=23]@Community Leader[/uSERGROUP] can discuss the potential community issues, there is a setting for "Edit Own Bans".

All DMs+ have access to modify bans or anything that we give access too. There is too much risk for giving normal staff access to SB, since truth be told if there's an accidental ban there's plentiful of staff who can fix it. SourceBans admins are meant to moderate the bans, not modify small mistakes that everyone can abuse. At the current time, there doesn't seem to be an issue for only higher ups to have access to SB.

I've read this and lurked the posts, and the best solution I've said to people who've asked me is "I'm sure the CLs will come up with the best solution." (@communityleader), and I'm sure they will. In my personal opinion I'll have to say he has to start from the bottom and he can be fast tracked back to anywhere. Though that depends on the division he's in for server powers. As well as CLs and myself for CL power.

He has once started a discussion with me asking "If I told you to fuck off would you ban me", he attempts to twist my words when I simply describe that you cannot cross-clan within XenoGamers. he called XenoGamers a clan full of kids, user as well argued about the cross-clanning rule. Under these circumstances and ignorance to accept a simple clan rule that has existed for a long while, I selected that this he is unfit to be within our servers. If there's any other questions or concerns, feel free to message me.

If you gather up enough people to suffice a server, a division can be made. Until then, unfortunately no.

Alright here's my 15 cents about this. Having to actually read the logs and not pulling the server logs I can see no intense foul done here. This entire situation reminds me of a different situation where I needed to warn a person multiple times to stop being a dic-rude person. Though said person received multiple warnings. In this situation Vape did everything that is expected of a mod to be. Even facing ganged up verbal abuse and not banning them for a day is quite extraordinary. A few people would have succumbed to their anger and done that out of rage. Regardless, I'm not in any means part of any promotions or demotions of TF2, my only question is why hasn't Kart done anything? He's active and knows the rules, seeing a situation at play and not assisting in controlling it surprises me. I wouldn't expect any of my mods to throw someone into a pack of wolves to deal it by themselves. I would throw an admin into a pack of wolves because they have more experience. If Brian has taught me anything is the understanding that mods are "Training Admins", and you do not throw a trainee to survive on their own. Unless there are situations or evidence that I've missed from being seen, I want to hear more about why kart did not do anything and not get punished for it.

We're currently processing a new plugin for the forums that allows you to add multiple divisions to your account. Until this is perfected by @Rhododendron I believe divisions may have a small issue
