If you watched the demo you would know that isn't true. He told me to stop spamming the second time and I did he did not saying anything the first time. I also said I would "get his mod removed" once, not several times as shown in the chat logs. He posted on my thread after the abuse thread. I'm not pushing the limits of you but if you start telling me that my name is breaking the rules then I will argue with you because I am not breaking any rules but I am getting threatened of getting kicked or banned if I don't change my name to a valid one.

You didn't even gag me for spam you said stop the second time and I stopped yet I still got banned for spam. @DrPepperPhreak @MineCrack Were both trolling and people here took it seriously. I'm assuming they didn't think people would take what they said seriously. Also next time you might want to ask your fellow mods in the server if they have talked to me about my name and if they did you don't have to take control and once again Private message me. Three mods joined the server and every single one asked me the same thing. Communicate with your fellow mods, they were also promoted to being mods because they are capable of moderating the server. You don't have to take all the control and take it to your hands, i'm sure your fellow mods can also moderate the server.

He also has multiple 1 day bans for people spamming. I spammed once trying to get my point across and I was not gagged I was just banned.

I'd rather get it all sorted with quickly than rather have more people be devastated by his abuse of his power. Sorry./\

Cause if you are I will permanently ban you" I aggravated him saying " do it" because he has no right to do so abusing and full with his moderation powers trying to get me banned for no reason. He then bans me, I have no idea for how long but im sure its for a long time because he said it would be permanent even though moderators cannot permanently ban me. Sizzle and bulleye and simple duck and a lot of more people were there. Athrun has always been like this full with power thinking he can do whatever he wants and tries to control people. This is not a good moderator of the server at all. If you threaten to permanently ban me for no reason I will aggravate you because if you do there will be consequences.

@Owl If you consider me being rude by saying "Shut up" or "Shut the fuck up" when i'm wardening cause that's basically the only time I actually use my mic, its not me being rude, when i'm wardening I expect people to let me talk and warden. If i'm using chat to type and I say "Nerd" or "pussy" i'm not saying that in a way for people to take offense. I'm not ever being serious when i'm "shit" talking someone on the server unless I specifically say "I'm serious." Also, you probably shouldn't take me serious over the internet and i'm sorry if you take offense to what i'm saying you can always just tell me to stop and ill stop. Also, @Duke I have recordings of Saturday night where I broken a rule by mistake, you slayed me, I asked you why, and then you proceeded to yell at me when I asked why I was slayed in a calm voice. One more thing, @Snackbar @Duke @Owl @Lithium @ when I used to join the teamspeak every day, I would join the channel and get called salty for literally joining the channel. Sure at first it was funny but it kept happening and happening and that aggravated me of course that's probably the only time I was ever mad at you. Repeating something over and over again just to aggravate someone which is what you guys did to make me salty changed my "attitude." That's why I barely come in the teamspeak anymore and other reasons but mostly its because all you guys did was call me salty over and over. @Snackbar Like I said in my post im active when everybody else is not so like 3:30-6 EST to moderate the server and that's when all the kids start coming back from school to play. Ill be active whenever I can be and if someone needs help just send me a message. Last thing, @Duke You also stated in one of my recordings saying "I hope you never get mod," i'm assuming you said this because you don't like me?
