Depression can be controlled. Whenever you feel depressed try and remember that depression is just your brain being an asshole because your brain is not getting enough of a certain endorphin. And if that doesn't help, do 50 push ups and 30 sit ups. (When exercising the endorphin that causes happiness is released and will help with the depression. Oh, and eat apples not junk food. You'll feel better knowing your doing whats right by eating healthy rather than sulking and eating a bag of chips which you will then think negatively about.)
If you ask, no i'm not a doctor. I've just learned how to control depression and turn it into something not so intense and bad. (sorry if this is a lot to take in but trust me all of these things help me remove depression in like an hour of doing them)
