I'm just going to put this out there from what I've read due to the comments here and what little i remember about you. People can always say they change, doesn't mean they do. In my opinion You were a major trash talker talked a lot of smack and ran your mouth to multiple staff. However We've all had a fair share of shooting the trash talk around the bin. Also Real life always matters when it comes to whats here on the community TF2 CS:GO or whatever. How you act in real and things that happen can effect how you are on servers with others. If you shouldn't be put in a public place with a bunch of midgets because you'll make fun of them all. Then you shouldn't be put in a public place full of midgets. Its that simple Its like taking someone who has an issue with kids and putting them on a server full of them. OR someone who hates rules and joins a server full of strict rules that person isn't just gonna change for that server. because that person is who that person is. Ohstopyou has a point and you shouldn't be let back on to the servers. A lot of people in this community shouldn't have after the perm bans they were served but they manage to get in. Way I see it we let ya back on the servers. You'll be on thin ice however You screw up and hit a really thin patch of that already thin ice. More than likely we're just gonna let ya freeze in the hole you put yourself into. In other words +1 to come back. If you have changed we will see it. If not then well.... I'm more than sure the hell you raise to the staff that bans you will surely not regret any of it considering your past with the community/tf2. You know the consequences from what you say only way for us to truly find out is for us to let you have at it on the servers and see if you actually hold true to your word. These are the donator perks available for our Team Fortress 2 servers. Please note that this is a one-time purchase; we do not have subscriptions. If you wish to upgrade your tier, you only have to pay the difference. For example, if you want to upgrade to Upgraded from Basic, you would only pay 10 USD. Please be sure that you add our division leaders on steam, or message them on the forums, and provide them with a receipt so they can verify your donator. If you are upgrading, you need to provide the original receipt and the new receipt. We no longer accept keys as payment. All donations must be made through the donation tab (PayPal or Stripe).

General Guidelines: If you want to do anything that affects gameplay or other people on the server, make a vote for it first and only proceed if the vote passes with 70% or more Yes votes (some examples are things like using !gimme to give yourself valve weapons or the HHHH and killing people with it) Follow this template while calling a vote: !vote "question" "No" "Yes". On Jailbreak, if you're using something that prevents you from being eligible for LR, slay yourself when it's down to you and the guy that should be getting LR. Don't delay any round using donator powers Boss Spawning Use !vote before spawning any of the bosses. The vote must have 70% wanting the boss to be spawned. When you are making a vote for things such as boss spawning, make No the first option and Yes the second option. (/vote "Spawn the HHH?" no yes) Boss Spawning Commands: !hatman - Spawns a Horseman. !eyeboss - Spawns a Monoculus. !eyeboss_red - Spawns a red variant of the Monoculus. !eyeboss_blue - Spawns a blue variant of the Monoculus. !merasmus - Spawns Merasmus. !skelegreen - Spawns a green variant of a Skeleton. !skelered - Spawns a red variant of a Skeleton. !skeleblue - Spawns a blue variant of a Skeleton. !skeleking - Spawns The Skeleton King. !ghost - Spawn the Ghost. Noclip Do not use this unless you are on a trade server, Mann vs Machine or Jailbreak. Slay yourself after using this if you wish to start killing people, otherwise it's considered abusing even if you turn off noclip. Noclipping to the skybox with intent to build there or cause any harm (sapping buildings, building, killing etc) is forbidden. !raffle You do not have to have a staff member present before doing these, but it is advised Resizing (!resizeheadme !resizeme !resizemyhands !resizermytorso) Don't resize and rebel or attack people. !rocketme Don't use while dead or it will kill the person you're spectating. DO NOT do this... even if they broke a rule, you are not staff and using this to "slay" a rulebreaker is STILL ABUSE. Stuns (!stunme !gstunme !bonkme) Don't spam these. Turning into bosses (!bemerasmus @me !behhh !bedeflector) Don't rebel or attack people while using these unless you go through a vote Custom Projectiles (!proj) Do not use models on syringes, this can create a lot of lag and can really clutter peoples screens. Robot & Skeleton Do not use these if you are fighting other people. Kartify Always be in !friendly mode to avoid dealing damage to enemy players when using this.  
Abusing any of your powers will result in the following punishment system:
Warn -> Kick -> Day Ban -> Warn -> Week Ban + Removal Of Powers.

I mean when I've gotten on to deal with issues You've had no issue going up to staff telling them they are doing their job wrong and so even before I was staff you've done this with other staff. Clearly you've gotten into some serious trouble with OhStopYou To attract the Attention of a DL.... The Admins Mods and So on even other members have put up with your constant disrespect for so long. Seems Ohstop finally had enough and now its being put to an end. Multiple staff members have admitted that you've given them issues. All the ones that have been on Jailbreak when you were on have had an issue with you. I'm going to admit You have played on the server a lot you took charge on the server. But when staff get on to handle a situation and you give them hell is not going well on your reputation every bit of hell you've given staff is going to go against you here. Truthfully, in my opinion like I said before you admitted to it you have sealed your own fate for arguing with a DL. Not a mod, nor admin. You gave solid proof of arguing with a DL. -1 For unban.

Ok so heres how it went
So i was swing my pan as scout and i didnt even swing it 15 times and then Avenger, who was warden told me to stop pan spaming so then i swung it like once more right after he said it, not on purpose though. So then like 5 seconds later I swung it, only once. OhStopYou then shoots me so then say "swinging it once is not spamming" so then he said "you are just swinging it slower" so then i said "swinging it once is not spamming" so he then says "you are loopholeing so hard right now" which he then says "my name is OhStopYou, so just stop". I then say "so then stop complaining" which i followed up with "*Lenny*/", exactly that. Then he said "I'm done" then banned me.
