I'm staying neutral, but please keep in mind that he was staff about one year ago. He might have changed.

Judging him by stuff that happened a year ago seems a little blunt to me.

I understand what you mean by this, and I completely agree with the idea people change. Adults definitely have a lesser chance, but they surely can.

When I wrote what I did regarding this submission, I was thinking about his previous mod. behavior and how well he managed the position.

I know its a very small detail, and something probably he didn't mean poorly, but even seeing, under age, either 20 or 21, kinda set me off. These applications for me, and staff especially, are meant to be more formal, I'm completely aware that this is for a gaming community of a lot of memers. But applying for power, if its serious, should be kept clean and to the point.

^again this is super my opinion whether higher ups agree with that view of formality and professionalism is by them^

He was demoted for abuse, though the reason was withheld. Because I have no idea what he was demoted for in the past, just some kind of abuse, I'm not going to +1 or -1, going to stay at neutral for now.

The reason was withheld, because this was when the current xG DMs/DLs, were being pushed to start not necessarily having to see someone abuse to be demoted from mod/admin, it was a test run to see how unaware people would react to this new way of demotion, so people who weren't fit for the position and needed time or a better attitude could be demoted, Flareon had his abuses reported to him multiple times by dams, fellow staff members, etc. so along with that he fit into the private reason, he abused random staff commands which you wouldn't think could be abused, like I believe one of them was friendly, he would constantly bait non friendly people to go after him, along with other stuff used on randoms he was demoted.

Now on to my vouch something that regards this thread more.

-1 I'd like to believe people change like a lot of people in this thread. However, I find people have an easier time changing when it is only one small thing, and Flareon, or Red Eevee now, has many that bother me when considering him for staff. He was very immature, constantly being rude or sassy towards people who wouldn't give him his ideal scenario, for example back when I put up a ban request on Jolteon for scamming, I went into the teamspeak to instantly hear the unaware of my presence florin, trashing me to my friends, calling me a C**T, because I, arguably, was the reason his friend was banned. So going back to the abuse, that was a serious problem, and it took way too many warnings to get him demoted in the first place, he got warning after warning yet continued to abuse to the point of demotion. As a fellow staff member at the time, it was very annoying to have regulars messaging me to ask him not to do this and that, to complain multiple times to higher ups and ask other staff members why he was still mod. Also on that, because he was unfit to be a mod in the first place at the time, he never made admin, he was mod for a couple months, but couldn't pass the training threshold to become one. Personally it is my understanding, that mods are supposed to be admins in training, obviously some will be demoted sooner and given reconsideration at another point, but it was so quick as that. If Flareon doesn't have the mental capacity or ability to succeed as an admin, he shouldn't be a Mod.

On a positive side he was a quite active mod, except for when he had to be constantly kicked off of Pokemon for AFK farming hours, and taking up a spot from another player, which he was also on multiple occasions was told to stop. He was good with responding to Calladmins, how fulfilled those calladmins were I can't say. I can't speak for his current activity, because of me now returning to TF2, but judging the +1s he's received, he obviously has shown his face on servers quite a bit.

I'm sorry yet again, for my continued bluntness and brutal honesty, but I will stop myself for now, because I assume my point and opinion/view has been expressed.

Throwback to JOLTEON. And yes he was a MEMBER who also scammed outside but scamming is still scamming, if you do it outside our servers, what guarantees our community that we won't have a future problem with you scamming one of the other players on xG servers. Also am I this only one who thinks this ban protest is wayyyyy too sus? Like not even reasons just like an "unban me plez" like pretty sure batting your eyes and saying please doesn't make us cave in too well ;)

Oompfh, Haven't we talked about this stuff like way back when i was staff? hoped you'd learn to be an overall better person by now. I want to hear what you have to say but as it stands currently I +1 try to take these mistakes from xg and learn not to do them again on another clan/community :)

Ok, so I mean I saw this before when it was originally created and I didn't think anything of it after @ChickenPanda put such a clear answer. I mean now that I see my bae hiding and rhodo putting their "more merrier" stuff (which I don't find to be a bad saying) I feel for this particular division since not that much news is needed to be posted, there is no reason for more then one person to be doing it and if there was, I'm positive Chicken would ask for people to put their names out for candidates for his partner in social media.

I guess you might be dancing with how you can add more stuff to post, like random crap and things, I get it, but pretty sure we get enough quality memes in teamspeak. @bachschannel Plus, I mean we should leave the social media clear and concise to the stuff that actually matters in xG (With the occasional guess the member)

Also as a final thought, didn't you like, JUST get member? and JUST get mod in tf2? Maybe we can stop with the JUST and make it later? I feel you on the whole "help the clan" in as many ways as possible, but maybe work on what you're already dealing with until you want more shit to do.

With a final parting note. Personally, I also think you're not very mature, so as this is a submission I give you a -1. Nothing necessarily against who you are and who you want to be as a person, but the image you withhold currently is a younger one, as much as I love people who laugh, when it comes down to the work, you need to be serious, and I currently wouldn't trust myself in believing you do have that serious side necessary to do this kind of thing.

Switching people to sniper was to check on aimbotter I needed evidence and switching just the person to aimbot would seem fishy so i switched everyone and when i did turned out i was right the guy i accused and so did 3 other people was aimbotting sadly i couldn't get the command out intime he left. on Another note I timebombed the server for laughs Its my bad I'll take total fault for it and I apologies now if i disrupted your gaming experience in anyway Soloman. Also I apologies on no notice of the sniper change but i didn't want to mention anything major. And the timebomb Was stricktly and only for laughs. If and only if i'm demoted on these purposes of accused "abuse" I will accept it and so on and try again for moderator later in the future when I learn to create a vote before setting off a nuke. Another thing mayber my memory fades me but i recall making a vote for the timebomb If i'm mistaken my apology is above. Once again sorry.

Why do you need to switch everyone to sniper for an aimbotter exactly? I'm confused on this.

I've been in a slump for awhile, Tf2 is simply not my game of choice, love hopping on DR but that server has been cleaned up, My activity isn't awesome, so I'll step down for now, maybe if I get back into tf2 where I play 8 hours a day where I have no life, then I'll go for mod again. too much shit for now, but I won't leave.

That's a summation of the exact reason why you are being banned. Loopholing is against the rules, you literally just admitted to it as well. In your ban protest.
