Now I'm not sure about you but I can't think of a single way the names "hitscan dan" or "headshot scott" are in anyway critical or disrespectful. MAYBE if we had both been berating others in chat for not being able to get headshots or aim in general, than this would make a convincing argument. Yet both of us stayed virtually silent, save for my bind spamming for which i apologize it was another joke gone rampant. In the case of friends, is it guilt by association?should you be thought of as a cheater because of a friend who you have no control over cheats? as for the vac bans I have no because I've never cheated. A private profile would make a convincing argument had I not posted my profile as a screenshot and then also publicized it for brief period of time, in which multiple members of this staff looked at it. As I have posted earlier those links go to previous bans, meaning that they were lifted and are no longer in effect, one as recent as this week meaning that someone looked over "evidence" of me cheating and concluded that I was not cheating.

This logic is essentially "others have thought you did something so you must be doing them" aside from being extremely close-minded its also backed by people who already think I cheat, so of course it would show "truth" to me being a hacker. Its the same thing as googling a very specific phrase during an argument to skew the "facts" in your favor. I posted my past bans as a way to show that others that have been dead sure that I was a cheater have in the end rewatched evidence and then revised their opinions in favor of me. I also don't understand why you seem to be taking me making an appeal for what I feel is a false ban personally.

Calling players who kill you "suspicious" is flawed thinking. This logic is also incredibly flawed considering anyone can name themselves anything, regardless of whether they cheat or not. I personally have seen far more "experienced" players duo in servers with matching names, usually in the form of an injoke, in this case "hitscan dan" and "headshot scott" were both names a friend came up with.

I don't see how the people I play with would matter in this case at all, considering we've both been playing this game for years and neither of us cheat, alsothe whole point of the names is that they rhyme with the videogames mechanics.

key word "suspected" they all had similar "evidence" to what you guys have now, people above them watched and decided I wasn't cheating, and as the people played with me more they also realized I wasn't cheating. There are only a handful of people out of all of those bans who still think i cheat. Bandwagoning is a very powerful thing.

Not at all times and in the demo you can clearly see about 4 or 5ish spies in my general area at once so... If you had even bothered to cross reference the steamids and steam profile links then youd see that they match up and that the account banned is the same account shown( I honestly dont understand why this is being brought back up) "suspicious af" yeah? I would like you to specifically point out these suspicious kills and these spy checks that looked so out of place that they confused to the point of calling them fake. I can only guess that you are upset with me killing you because you held enough of a grudge to not only call cheats, but to then spend the rest of the day defending your reasoning behind my supposed "cheats"

I find it funny that you think standing behind someone cloaked is a good place to be if you arent looking to be found. I think youre trying to point out that changing class against a sniper would be a bad idea, but that logic is horribly flawed within itself because there are classes designed to counter sniper. As for the first sentence I think you were trying to say that the spies walking infront of me and me bumping them wouldnt get me caught. Also i too watched the demo so i now know what the spies were doing. besides admin chat showing that you guys were in fact attempting to "cheater" check me literally one of you dictating to the others on what to do, and the fact that I only got two kills on fully cloaked spies. One was on someone who ran around with a trail that was clearly visible whether or not cloaked, and the second one being on Ghosty who I bumped and then promptly beat to death. The demos continue to prove me right although you keep saying they aren't. The only evidence being brought forth is how obvious it is that im cheating, and the only witnesses are the people accusing me of cheating. Also what sane individual wouldn't push for innocent until proven guilty if they believe they did nothing wrong.

I mean it sounds idiotic when you put it that way yes, but so does denying the fact that playtime and skill level correlate more often then not, and the more someone fights with spies the more they can anticipate a spies actions, with a little bit of lucky timing of course. And you can also not deny the fact that more than 4 people purposefully went spy and then cloaked around me in attempt to get me to find them to fuel the "hackusation"

Of course the people that already think I'm cheating think the evidence is sufficient enough to keep me banned, that is literally why they are here in the first place. They didn't post to root for the underdog. I mean it is by all definition a competition, killing people with the soul purpose to win over them is a competition. Its what tf2 is all about. The only legitimate concern there was at first was the fact that I don't run hats and I have a private profile. If I had a hales own sniper rifle (with cloaked spy shots counted) and a bubbling team captain noone would bat an eyelash at me shooting them because I would look the part. The only convenient answer here is that noone has even tried to play devils advocate as to how I might not be cheating.The general consensus seems to be I'm a cheater, although the evidence of such is anecdotal at best, with one shifty spy kill at the very end.
