Create !freeday Command? +other Suggestion

So, I've had this idea of a command on JB that would force the server to go into freeday mode, of course, this command would only be accessible by warden and staff members. I reckon that coding it in for warden would be the same as the !pardon command, and all staff could have access to it in case of a freeday occurring and warden not knowing/listening. (Maybe limit to admins+ to avoid aboose?)

 

Also, the other suggestion: When a freeday occurs (either by there not being a warden for long enough, or the above command is used) then all reds are unmuted. There's not much point in having them muted during a freeday, since to my understanding, it's set to avoid people mishearing initial commands due to people talking on mic.
