I mean, he mass freekilled and left. Not much to say here. Every perm I've dealt was for mass freekilling and leaving. Don't remember the exact situation, but this is pretty open and shut. I was most likely called on by a regular, warned the guy and when he did it again and left he got permed. Also, your brother? Come on.

I'm not on forums of games too much, so I try to do my best with such little knowledge of these kind of websites. Usually when I'm on one of these websites everyone showers me with comments like "YOU DIDN'T SOUND NICE -3412893412838912312893891391!11!!1111!!!!". So yea, I play the server almost every day and try to be the best guard I can with no mic (:C), and I've been playing since a bit into May. I rage a lot cause I call a lot of BS on a lot of kills but when I am not slapping myself for dying I'm messing around with other regulars on the server or being a goodie two shoes prisoner. And the thing you're probably going to freak out about is that I got banned once, towards the beginning of May when I was new to JB in TF2. I spawned with a Cloak and Dagger and cloaked, and I didn't know who the admin was and didn't listen and then got banned. I try to solve problems when there's not too many members on and no admins on like freekilling guards and stuff like that. I like the server and most of the people on it, including admins who are usually dicks on other servers. On this server they're all nice and fun and like to screw around sometimes. I'm kind of going off topic, but I hope to become a member. Bye! :D

Not agreeing with anyone, but since the ban is nearly timed out, I'd just wait it out. Keep in mind that timed CT bans aren't in effect to 'punish' people so much as it is to tell them to re-read the MotD rules. With that in mind, those that are banned should only be banned if they are clearly struggling with the rules. There are subtle differences in dealing with bans. For example, consider the following: A. A player has just joined the Server. They proceed to 'accidentally' freekill two Ts. The proper punishment for the situation should be a slay together with an explanation of what they did wrong. B. A player has been playing for two rounds as a CT. Throughout their time as a CT, they have broken multiple rules such as breaking vents and baiting. They then 'accidentally' freekill two Ts. The proper punishment for the situation should be a day ban, as it is well aware that they do not have the extensive knowledge they should have before being a CT. It may not be obvious to some, but there is a context when dealing with rule breakers, and the appropriate punishment should be determined via these subtle differences.

I've looked at the evidence, what it looks like is Josh was being the victim of abuse voteban and freeday spam where they'd refuse to let him be warden, The users responsible are.. insane medic - Threatening Josh by refusing to let him be warden 2 D (Gorillaz)Read My Profile - Causing voteban abuse adem - Offending user for no reason.
