So, after review of everything and after careful thought, @Akatsuki, unfortunately you still massed, unintentional or not. So what we'll do here is unban you from servers, but on jailbreak we'll leave you CT banned for the time being. This way you can still play on xG servers, and if you do decide to go on jailbreak again, at least you can start learning the rules. Fixing all these bans now. -Closed

The reason he is banned is not from a single fallacy, but of many accumulative offenses that make him undesirable to be on the servers. The community is better without him, but for actual reasons of ban, he had been warned of further punishment if ignorance of rules continue, just like how one might get tea banned for repeatedly not following the motd on the small things, and in turn hurting the jailbreak game.

We could give her a second chance. She's obviously regretting it and it was an accident. I'd say we unban her from the servers and CT ban her permanently. Or am I too nice?

This has suddenly just turned into a flame war about Eeveelutions. You're forgetting that this is a ban request and not a "Let's blame an entire group of people for a mistake one of them made" Because I personally feel as if this ban, with Akatsuki's side, is just an accident and she didn't mean it. After all, she was playing Pyro. If you STILL want to blame an entire group of people, then blame me. I encouraged them to join.

since this ban protest is clearly one-sided and lacks some much needed valid opinions - I'll give you my thoughts on this. permanent ban wasn't necessary; the seriousness of a permanent ban should be only be given out for few reasons, which would be absolutely fine if that were the case. now to begin, abusing votekick system is written on the rules, but nomulous already stated that, now, freekilling is most definitely bannable but not permanently, with the exception of mass freekilling and leaving. donator abuse, I don't have enough context to speak for this, but from my knowledge, punishments should be dealt by division manager or division leader personally, with that said - I don't think donator abuse should be permanent ban-worthy either, better to strip them of their commands/powers since they had paid for the powers. repeated offenses should be continued with more added punishable time, but again not perma - my suggestion is to remove the permanent ban and make a (very) long one, a year maybe, dependent*. chorito has made the effort to make this ban protest. :)

I personally think this is one giant misunderstanding, from what akatsuki said, it does seem like he is genuinely sorry - besides that I don't see what benefit it has to completely perma ban someone who is clearly active and enjoys our servers very much. user has shown acknowledgement to what he has done and seems competent to not repeat his mistakes again. +1 to reducing ban to permanent ct ban on jailbreak

You're all forgetting that Akatsuki was playing Pyro. Now I know very well that when playing JB, it's very difficult to only hit specific players. Akatsuki was just unlucky due to the positioning of the reds. I think a second chance is needed. I mean, come on. I don't think she left to "Avoid ban". I think it was because she was panicing because she accidentally massed. I reckon she should just get a perm ct ban. +1 for unban from all servers +1 for perm from ct

Although it's mass and leave, Akatsuki sounds generally sorry and regretful. Why did you have to do this? Exactly what I'm thinking, though it may be difficult to make an exception.

Forge was not in the wrong. He interpreted it as a mass, so he did't hesitate to do his job. Upon review it seems it is not anymore. Don't +1 unless you have valid reason to do so. +1ing this just because you don't like forge is useless to the conversation.

It was a mistake most likely since the account was made Monday. People think sometimes it means were you ever on an xG server. happens all the time.

I don't think vote abusing is the actual reason here, we've already established that there's a tiny difference between using vote system and abusing it. the only other reasons being, freekilling, donator abuse* and I presume disrespect? ("You realize, General douchery was added to the list of offenses in line with disrespect. In no way did I ban him for douchery.") which are still not worthy of a permanent ban from my perspective

from the desc, it dosnt seem like you care all that much -1 You shouldn't have been on blu if it was one of the first times on the server.

okay, so i am +1 this thread, matsi does know better and was clearly a misunderstanding. everyone has stated almost everything so i will leave it at that. ALSO, dont -1 if you are going by someone elses word not an actual witness or watched the dropbox

The thing is... they were all starting anyways... they all finished because we didnt hit the buttons soon enough so I figured they would all start again as soon as they ran in the second time so I started pressing the buttons... they just all lost that time... There's no rules that say you have to give a "go" to start the games. The closest thing is that blus cant hit buttons without warden's permission, which I had.
