When you're automatically swapped from CT, you're automatically placed at the front of the queue
During a predator day, when Last CT is enabled, the Last CT has his screen fade removed and FOV reset.
When a CT dies during predator day, the screen fade is reset
Fixed glitch where players couldn't use falchion knives and shadow daggers during predator days
Increased intensity of screen fade during predator day (100 to 70, lower is more intense)
 
Lowered FOV of CTs during predator day (145 to 135)
Increased sensitivity of gun spam protection (from triggered by 4 drops in a second to 4 drops in 2 seconds)
Increased amount of time before players are allowed to drop guns after being spam protected (5 seconds to 7 seconds)
During late night allow players to RTD at any time
Increased time players are allowed to RTD (30 seconds into the round to 45 seconds into the round)
Fixed glitch where Ts would get the pistol in their loadout instead of the map gun (Having a loadout using p2000 and picking up a usp would give them a p2000)

Moved nginx cache to ramdisk for both FastCGI and Proxy.
Updated OpenSSL to patch due to vulnerability.
Updated Teamspeak3 Server to 3.0.12.
nginx configs reformatted to remove some params that were being loaded multiple times.
Disabled PHP version header being checked for security purposes.

Its the right steam id. When you use Steam ID converter, it gives you STEAM_0:.... CSGO uses STEAM_1:....

Incentives is a big one. If we can reimplement the store, I think that would draw a huge boost to forum activity, especially if we go with Snackbar's suggestion and make it only accessible to users who have come up with a specific post count.
 
Perhaps we could also sponsor some sort of "Poster of the Month" and give a reward to the top users who have the most activity on the forums? That could certainly up activity. We could also have a system to pick a random post/comment every month and award store credits.

Roll The Dice is cheaper, and CTs can use it
If you remember from CS:S, rules are more lax. In CS:S, this also included allowing mass abuse. Abuse will result in removal of powers.

We already have way too many so I would want to replace only :( I COULD code a new method that lets you choose from a list, and we could have many more ratings, right now there's sorta better areas of the community that I could put such effort towards.

This is likely a group ban for the group Shut Up N Game. The leader of the clan doxed a member and I believe sent pictures of the member, or his family.
 
SNG has been shut down for like a year now, and you have already left the steam group. Unbanned.
