Warriors left for a while, then decided to rejoin. Mythic was frustrated and didn't think things through before posting in the Hello/Goodbyes and about an hour later he realized he didn't mean it. It was a mistake and he was demoted to moderator rank. Atleast he didn't leave for two days, then come back, right?

I myself find no problem with people who have higher pitched voices then others. The only discrepancy I have are said people who are immature as fuck when they use their mic. In other words, they either spam, make random ass noises, scream/shout when something is being done against them, or anything else of the sort.
 
Granted, it Is a rule, and as a rule it should be openly enforced. The thing is, when you have exceptions with players such as PuppyLuv, it makes it completely unfair for any other player with a high-voice. With that in mind, it's why I normally gauge the reaction of the majority of the players on the server before coming to a verdict. If Majority finds their voice annoying, then I will tell the offending player to stop using their mic. If Majority doesn't care, then the game carries on like normal.
 
It's not so much that I just completely ignore the rule, it's just that I determine how the current players on the server feel toward it, as that is the Main reason that rule is in place anyways. That's pretty much what I think about that rule. If what I'm doing is wrong, sue me, but I insist on getting the players opinion rather then just immediately shutting down young players.
 
TL;DR - I gauge how the current players feel on the offender's voice before coming up with a verdict. If Majority wants it off, then it's off. If Majority doesn't care, then I don't care.

dunno if my vote counts or not but here's the thing: Doesn't it sound like deja-vu with HG and xG, banning a whole for a few's actions? How many players that were in xG got UNFAIRLY banned off HG because of somebody trolling? (Just reffering to silence goofing, i mean no insults). You ban a bunch of people who probably DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CHANCE to prove whether they should play on xG's server or not. I don't know why people hate WD to that extent, i didn't follow the little war that was ongoing, but i think that's it's unfair to discredit a bunch of players who, in other circumstances could even become your FRIEND!
TLDR: i fucking vote yes and y'all should read that thing.

It's always nicer to have more people on our server. It's like when I've checked out VJB before and had one guy being a dick to me for no reason. That's not how most of them are and sometimes I just like to check out other places with no evil intent. I wouldn't want WD, especially harmless people not wanting to come onto our servers for fear of harrasment. Anyone who does do banworthy stuff can just be banned anyway.

Totally. I was banned last year for shooting open a vent before I was in xG (by McNeo), and I banned myself for slaying myself on someone's LR when they didn't want me to. Pretty drastic offenses, I know.
