That being said... From what I saw, he thought that applying to the forums was the same as joining the clan. He removed the tags the moment he was asked to without arguing. He's kind and not a kill whore. He understands the rules or at least listens when told he's doing something wrong and learns from it. Activity could be a little better but this is membership not staff so +1 A: 5 M:8 Um, he still has tags in his name/readded him.

I've seen change in his "toxicity", but that doesnt really have much of a say in a CT ban. I feel like this should be based on why he was banned in the first place, not grudges people hold because of his toxicity, which recently has been near nonexistent. As far as im concerned, he was banned for something stupid that i dont think is even massing. He said freeze upon arrival, you arrive infront(aka going TO the table), not on the table. And if you consider this massing anyway, it wasnt intentional, it was for something not even in the rules, and he didnt know it was wrong. I dont remember what the options were but theres always mona pizza/donating to xG thing with the sign saying I<3XenoGamers

I'd be willing to help out as normal staff, rather than DM. I was Super Admin on a Dark RP server awhile ago(Not the same, i know) and ive played a ton of TTT to know about the game mode. I would just need some pointers and a command list if I got the position. Not fully sure if I'll be staff on it though. I'd wanna play on it for a bit and get to know the people there first.

+1, although you often get involved in drama, most of which(from what ive seen in my experience around him) is from others causing or atleast instigating it, youve always been capable of staff from the css days. Worst case put him on trial mod. He knows the rules and he constantly tries to get staff on when there are problems (im always on competitive when he calls me though T-T), he records demos when he cant get staff, and can be helpful to staff on the server. You see, in a logical point of view, yes breasts are breasts, whether its a mans or a womans. BUT because female breasts have already been sexualized, so it's hard to undo that point of view. Therefore while it's not necessarily fair, it makes sense why it's like that. Basically what @ThePenguin said. Or saying he has to stay in a certain portion of the wall but you can run all over it, thats also unfair since you have more mobility than him. It's basically as the name suggests, "Unfair". For noscope, it would be like saying he had to 360 but you could just shoot him normally.

I feel like if the spray is going to drive people away, even if it is PG-13, it shouldnt be allowed(Maybe talk to the person who sprayed it if enough people complain about it). Granted, alot of someone not liking a spray is based on personal opinion, but as anyone on the internet knows, MLP is heavily criticized by most people online(so spraying something of the sort is basically baiting a reaction. Doesnt mean they cant spray it, but they should expect these reactions). If i joined a server and saw two ponies wearing panties and spreading there legs, i wouldnt wanna see that shi.t. Granted csgo doesnt have sprays(soon^tm), in css id have to deal with tons of inappropriate or offensive sprays, swastikas, spinning d.icks, you name it. im sure the tf2 staff is dealing with the same. I might be from cs but since this is more of a relatable rule that ive had experience with, i feel it was handled properly, minus the slight bias that was owned up to. The spray is borderline inappropriate, leaving it up to the individual to decide if its inappropriate or not -1 for any punishment.
