I know many of the people here are tired of the sterotypes give to use, i for one am sick of a community that allows such bashing towards people like me! I try to share my feelings and thought and you just shove it to the side! This community needs to stop and think for a second about how we feel! Just because we have sexy cartoon girls on our pillows doesn't mean that there is something wrong with us! Anime is a beautiful art form that is accepted and practiced by millions even outside of japan. You can't fucking judge us because of what we like, maybe i like the animation of how Aoimi ran towards hiro, a sexual flare even in a run animation.

Don't think, by any means, that I am underestimating or devaluing your experience in managing clans. Truth be told, I don't know you too well, but I have seen amazing things accomplished since you were given your position. I am certain it isn't going unnoticed. But as you reflected, I think there are just people who ALSO don't know you as well as they probably should, which in turn leads to doubt. I wouldn't take it personally. Keep up the excellent work! :D

I appreciate the support Chrono, and I wish to comment about your points you've made.
 
1. I could be wrong, but I am not sure that Snackbar was instantly being considered for a CL position. I believe, if I understand it correctly, that he was to become DM of CS division as a sort of trial period to see if he has the qualifications needed for such a promotion. But, I don't think he was to become a CL immediately. But then again, I am not 100% sure on those intentions, so I may be wrong.
 
2. I sort of disagree, but I also sort of agree as well. A CL should be someone who is fully committed in bettering the community as a whole, not just the division they are in. I personally want to become more in touch with the members and staff in our CS:GO division, especially if I am being considered for a CL position. And you can be assured, if it DOES happen, I will become as knowledged and as versed in how the CS division runs and operates, so I can fully be utilized by our community, not just the TF2 division.
 
That being said, I also feel that outside the qualifications, a CL should be as active in as many divisions as possible, if not at least being knowledged in how each division operates. So, I partly feel that a CL should be selected from a choice list of representatives from each division, but I don't think they should ONLY represent that single division. It should be as widespread as possible.

4. I have spoken with Nomulous in the past, but I cannot say I know him very well. I like to think that Silence is a good friend, because we actively communicate about stuff. But I am not sure completely removing them is the correct answer. Obviously, the owner should have SOME say in what happens with the servers. I feel that having them on the board of CLs keeps it fair for not only the community, but for them as well. Keep it a democracy and make sure it doesn't turn into a dictatorship, sort of thing. =)
 
And to address the inactivity, I personally have had to take a leave before (New member of the family arriving,) so I fully think it's 100% understandable if you guys need a bit of a leave. Life happens. We have to ride the waves the tide gives us. ^-^

I gave my opinion that I don't think it's fair to rejoin under anything under 14 (csgo) which i also happened to like the fact that we previously had 1 solid re-sub of 20 unless an actual mc member.
 
so can we make a change again, and instead of making it double the div you apply for, or 20 which is too much in some cases, let's make it a nice even 15 no matter what? i think that would be the most fair and least confusing when people say "but you said it was double the division you apply for"

To clarify since you're making such a big deal out of it, I like the idea bestiality, I think people should be able to fuck however they want as long as they aren't harming the animal, some people might have a difference of opinion of what constitutes harm but w/e, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it the only opinion that matters is the judge/jury if it ever went that far... That being said, I have never actually had sex with an animal, I've never even owned something that I would have sex with the stroking a dog comment was because I used to work in the grooming dept of a pet store, giving dogs baths... and you were supposed to scrub them everywhere including their buttholes and sheaths, and while sure I might have enjoyed having to touch certain areas of the dogs while bathing them more than other people might, that's nowhere near the same thing as having sex with them.
 
Also, sure I'm a furry, I find people and roleplay things like anthropomorphic animals in sexual and non sexual roleplays, I also pretend to be an elf, a jedi, a drawf, a dragon, wizard, and many other things. Sometimes I even pretend to be a female human! Get over it... Just because you may or may not be insecure about your sexuality and/or kinks doesn't give you a right to judge me on mine and it definitely doesn't give you the right to complain about me replying to a question I am being asked... I didn't come into that channel and just randomly start talking about fucking dogs... other people brought the subject up and asked me things, I replied.... and then I stopped talking about it when @Snackbar asked and we continued talking about other things.

There's people in every division that don't get along with other people in the division.... I used to dislike Demonic, and now we're friends.... lol
 
There's half a dozen people that I don't like/get along with that spam lenny faces, and I always give them more than enough warnings to stop before using any powers on them, just like I would with people I do like... I think that my having staff for several years now in multiple divisions of this clan have proven that I am predictable and that I am a very unbiased admin when it comes to using powers I know the rules(not perfectly but still ok enough) of multiple divisions and multiple gamemodes of this clan... and if given the chance I can prove that I am a good CS:GO mod as well.

I don't have much in the say for this but as someone who actively played CS:GO JB for a while, I've seen masi play once. The second someone trolled him, I think aegean my self and a few others said a few things to him, he made a thread or a comment in the shoutbox shortly after don't remember which, but it was stating "I don't play on CS:GO servers because the people there hate me or I get trolled" I'm sorry to go against you @Rhododendron since you're pretty knowledgeable and reasonable now a days, but there is alot of people in this division that don't agree with him, get along with him, nor talk to him. it's basically letting a new member get mod on a server that does not really need him in that position because he would be unpredictable to the people that he doesn't get along with.

Alright, now you say you want to get in a better relationship with people in xG but you then post stupid sh*t like this. There aren't DL or DMs of CSS. Regardless of having powers or not. Wanna know why? because you never used them, you never used them to get CSS going. So why should you be considered DL when the Div is dead and nothing is happening, no discussions, no operation populations. Also this was in the presence of silence, and he agreed, this decision does not effect you in anyway nor is it a big deal. WHY do you need to know about it? What would you have contributed if you would have agreed anyway? Hell, many of the oldfa*s would love to of known this but didn't but do you see any of them complaining? no. Now this right here, this thread is ANOTHER reason why no one talks to you, wants to talk to you, or feels the need to talk to you. You add hardly anything to this and i commend @Snackbar for being so active and doing so much for xG in the such short time he has been back. Why can't you do something similar? Something that you can follow? I honestly don't even know why you're CL and this is being completly honest. I hardly see anything from you and it's just snippits.
 
if my opinion means anything the three most qualified members of xG to be CL would @Snackbar @Tsuchikure @metalslug53 <---- these three here have demonstrated unbias and level headeness. they each have their own unique characteristics. Snackbar dealing with server events/forum orginization, Megarobin dealing with forum conflicts, bringing logic and reason to both side of an argument (whether it be in a smart ass way or not) and scootaloo who is a damn good tf2 admin and gives them a great representation of tf2. like i said this is my opinion but i feel since you guys lost 3 CLs it's best to get this back up and going.

I mean, almost every single active CS player including bleed and silence were all there for the decision. Pretty sure if 17/18 people want something done then its going to happen....

Today marks the official end of xG's presence in CS Source, our minigames server is officially closed. Recently is has been a total buggy mess, grossly underpopulated, and had a lack of staff able and or willing to work on it, as CSGO has taken all of our time and resources. I know this may sadden a few of you, but understand it was for a good reason.
 
Along with that I am letting everyone know the the CSS forums have been ARCHIVED. All of your old threads are there but no new ones will be able to be created.
 
We are still putting the majority of our effort into the JB server, and with that comes quite a few new features to be announced within the next few weeks, HOWEVER, @Lithium @Bleed and I have taken on a NEW super secret CSGO server, which will be officially announced and go live very shortly. We feel those in the GO community are going to like whats planned, and I personally feel that the new server is going to help bring in fresh faces and hopefully encourage member growth across both styles of gameplay.
 
I will make an announcement when we go live with the new server!
