Okay guys, getting a little off topic here. I'm curious what DuckiiJr has to say about this. Someone tag him in this, I have no idea how D:

My main problem/concern about it is that it isn't directly stated in the MOTD, because I could interpret the two points you made differently. Quick question though, i've only ever seen the heli go up into the air. I don't know if it can move around the map. If not, point A is completely valid. Though, if it can, someone could argue that the heli itself is moving, and so it isnt camping. As for point B....yeah, I don't have anything solid against that. Other than CTs finding a cheap place to group up during a freeday, but I haven't seen them co-ordinate the same way. Though, if a bunch of CTs were to hold out at a chokepoint similar to how most CTs would during a warday, and made it hard for any Ts to get them, you wouldnt see them slain as fast as CTs on the heli would be. Again though, I sorta think having a quick mention about it, such as under a sub-category for camping, where it says that using the Heli counts as camping.

It should probably be added to the MOTD that you cant go in the helicopter and use it....I mean, to slay people without warning for using it and having it not in the MOTD should be considered a freeslay. Not everyone knows the rule. It's one thing to say that someone didnt read the MOTD and slay them for breaking a rule in it, but it doesn't say in the MOTD that you cant use the heli. This makes it an unspoken rule that not everyone knows about, which could lead to unfair punishment.

Well, you made a post about a week ago saying the same thing, so this is...interesting. With the new disrespect rule, it is VERY imperative to take screens of mods disrespecting. It was already kind of a given that staff members have exemplary behaviour, but NOW (I hope) it will be MUCH more effective.

I've never been overly offended by anything you've said, and i've managed to take it as a joke (pretty sure you've never actually said anything bad in the first place, and anything you said was probably in fact a joke) Though I can understand how people who don't know you better or aren't willing to understand the intent of the things you say would find it offensive/take it worse than it is. As much as this may be understandable, this makes me pretty bummed out.

I would probably -1 if DuckiiJr had a more conclusive set of images. They arent whole conversation posts and so it's a little unclear what the context is. Also, you should probably ALL take a look at Minecrack's first reply to this thread. It's one thing when someone disrespects, but, and I can't believe i'm pulling a Smoker here, there's a point at which you need to man up and over high-school level insults from more-than-likely acne ridden nerds over the internet. The most "Immature" thing i've seen Charrax do in this thread is basically deny accusations, and maybe shift blame towards people who +1 a removal, saying either that he's seen them do the same or that he doesnt know them and challenges that they're just hopping on the bandwagon. I haven't seen anything considerably bad from Charrax, so i'm at a 0. But I think some of you guys should re-evaluate your interpretations of what is grounds for Div leader removal and someone just being immature, regardless of whether or not he's actually worthy of a demotion.

As someone who has kept an eye on HG forums since the banning of xG members, I'd say this is hardly worth a perm. HG aren't so uptight that they'd get mad and revoke their unbans over this. Though I think this should be used as a warning for any who talk negatively of HG. It's taken a long time for them to regain trust and that trust is probably very fragile.

I am on such a thin fence over this. On the one hand, I think you can be funny as hell on the servers. (Sadly being funny isn't good criteria for mods) On the other, a decent number of people think the exact opposite. (Sadly, this IS good criteria, and it doesn't work in your favor)

I don't think i've joined a game session with you as CT and not had someone make a complaint about you freekilling. This is by FAR not the first occurance, so it stands to reason that people are going to not want you on CT, or on the JB servers in general. Additionally, you're too young to be a warden, based on your voice. So the belief that you should be CT banned is compacted. I would probably say that you should be kept CT banned for a decent amount of time, since on many occasions people have told you to read the MOTD, and you either haven't, or you've had little regard for the rules (As is apparent for the reason you were banned, which you explained in your first post. ) It shows that you're inexperienced, and that is probably the real reason why you've been responsible for freekills. A positive note in all of this is that you ARE very active on JB and I almost never see you being disrespectful, considering the amount of bitching people put up over your freekills (Bitching never leads to anything good, if they wanted you to stop they wouldnt do this) All in all you deserve the ban. It's up to others to see if it's permanent or not. I would have to say either way that it's a CT ban for at least a week.

Well, look at how xG takes racism, then take a tenth of that. Though religion itself is actually a kind of rare topic, and doesn't often come up, whereas with racism people just disregard the possibility of offending someone.

...Seriously? I don't think you have grounds to criticize him based on this. Part of being a mod is upholding the rules AT ALL TIMES, not just when you need to cover your ass.

I think case and point is that since it wasnt ACTUALLY a freekill, then no real action should be taken. If you hadnt shot at him and you were killed, it would be different.
