Large portion of the mods are in school. Some also don't play CS:S, either at all or they don't anymore. That's the one thing about being a moderator that some people forget; you have to be active and actually moderate. And by active you have to play on our own servers

Not...really? It's fairly well known that there's a percentage of mods that don't pull their weight in regards to slaying freekillers. I think it isn't mentioned very often due to people in the past trying to bring it to the attention of the community, only to get a summed up response of "We don't pay attention, deal with it"

Yeah, I agree. The more important things definitely need to be said sooner, and if they aren't then a bit of leeway should be given to the Ts before they start getting raped. Makes it less confusing too.

So, little kerfuffle i ran into today. Ill share an example. The warden has said "Out of cell you're a rebel." He then says "Take once step out, freeze and face cell for a guncheck." Now, while he did say freeze before face cell, he said face cell. So face your god damn cell. On his next order, he says "Shift walk to the bottom of cell stairs, unstack shoulder to shoulder when you get there, and freeze" After a second or two, he says "Face cells at all times" If people were PREVIOUSLY not facing cells, that's completely understandable. So, as a CT, you shouldnt shoot them unless they continue to not face cells. Give them a second because the new order was JUST given. Don't be an asshole and start picking off Ts when the warden should have given the order to face cells sooner.

I think only one pass should be allowed, assuming there isn't an real need to pass. Then the new person must be warden. Offenders and excessive passers are CT banned for a day. This is to prevent a good minute of people bitching and fighting over who has to be warden. Dont go CT if you aren't willing to at least give warden a shot.
